Brittany Murphy was dragged into my case by a third party, a DHS supervisor who knew Brittany through her daughter. This DHS supervisor falsely claimed in a sworn statement that Brittany Murphy told her that Julia Davis was working on a movie during her unpaid leave from her employment with the federal government (the DHS claimed she was not showing up at work because of her film career). These claims were completely false. Brittany stood up for Julia and issued a formal statement through her attorneys, confirming that the allegations against me by the Department of Homeland Security, using Brittany's name, were fabricated. At the time of her death, Brittany was listed as a witness on Julia's behalf in her lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security (Brittany died in December 2009; she was scheduled to testify in January 2010).

Julia Davis won a discrimination lawsuit against the DHS, with a final court order issued in 2005 that found the Agency engaged in illegal conduct and that the DHS betrayal of Julia Davis caused her to involuntarily resign from the Agency. Daniel Sutherland, the DHS Officer for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties issued a written refusal to comply with the court order.

“On August 18, 2005 the Department of Homeland Security filed a Motion to Hold Issuance of Decision in Abeyance, which was denied by the AJ Leach on August 22, 2005. A final EEOC decision in favor of Davis was issued on the same day. In addition to compensatory damages, the Department of Homeland Security was ordered to take a series of remedial actions, including but not limited to compulsory EEO training programs for all managers and staff at the San Ysidro Port of Entry, as the Judge found there exists at this facility a culture which trivializes and minimizes the appropriate status and position of females.”

The lawsuit involving Brittany Murphy as Julia Davis' witness was filed by the law firm of Wasserman, Comden & Casselman. It points out that while the DHS refused to honor an award of $225,000 dollars and failed to comply with valid court orders, it expended enormous taxpayer resources to unlawfully pursue, harass, maliciously prosecute and falsely imprison Julia and BJ Davis.

Was Brittany Murphy murdered for witnessing against DHS in support of Julia Davis?

Julia Davis on May 23, 2013 at 5:06 pm

Here is my response to this outrageously false post. You can see it with links, photos, videos, etc. on my blog, JuliaDavisNews dot BlogSpot dot com.

Debbie Schlussel commits public hara-kiri by attacking a whistleblower.

A pen is a mighty sword. Debbie Schlussel took that sword and committed hara-kiri, when she decided to help her government friends by frivolously attacking my case. Her shameful failure to conduct even minimal fact-checking fell far below any journalistic standard, which is unacceptable (even for a blog).

Let me dissect Schlussel Schlock point by point.

The title of the blog posting in question states: “Julia Davis: Ex-Border Guard Nutjob Says Govt Murdered Actress Brittany Murphy bc of Border Security Issues.”

I challenge Ms. Schlussel to prove that I uttered those words at any point in time, in any of my interviews, articles, comments, etc. She can’t, because I never said any of that.

Brittany was a friend and a witness. She bravely exposed the Department of Homeland Security’s lies in my case.

In response, Brittany was harassed and placed under surveillance (just as I was).

When Brittany and her husband Simon Monjack reported being wiretapped and followed by helicopters to the Editor-In-Chief of The Hollywood Reporter, Alex Ben Block, they were ridiculed and falsely accused of being “paranoid”.

Here is the page from the magazine with the excerpt of the interview in question and the link to the article on The Hollywood Reporter website.
Brittany’s untimely death (followed by an untimely death of her husband) was never properly investigated. In fact, I am personally involved in ongoing efforts to finally have Brittany’s tissues tested, to determine her true cause of death. Both Brittany and Simon were said to have died from identical causes (pneumonia and anemia), months apart, which is beyond ludicrous.
It’s very telling that San Diego division of ICE (the same fumbling buffoons who thought it would be a good idea to raid my house with a Blackhawk helicopter and a 27-man Special Response Team) decided to deport Simon after Brittany exposed their lies in my case.

These government clowns wanted to denaturalize and deport me as well.

Since I was factually innocent of all charges in malicious, retaliatory investigations and prosecutions (and was found to be factually innocent by a presiding Judge), they’ve failed miserably.

They’ve also failed in their attempts to deport Simon.

I sued the DHS and prevailed. Of course, Schlussel would bemoan all of these facts (if she actually bothered to learn them before spilling Schlussel Schlock all over the Internet), since in her feeble opinion, no female immigrant/naturalized U.S. citizen like me should ever be able to serve our nation as a Customs Officer. I beg to differ.

By the way, here is one of the DHS thugs describing some of the aerial surveillance of my house with a fixed-wing airplane.

There was also surveillance and a raid with a Blackhawk helicopter, which was captured on video and is now a part of the documentary, “Top Priority: The Terror Within”. You can also see it in the movie trailer.

If Schlussel had any journalistic integrity whatsoever, she would at least watch the film before bashing it. At the very minimum, she could have clicked a few buttons and learned some facts about my case. Of course, her relationship with the government perpetrators in my case (including Matthew Issman) does away with Schlussel being able to feign any semblance of objectivity or honesty.

Her blog post (complete with amateurish cartoon graphics) is nothing more than a bash-fest. Schlussel is seething, because I exposed her little jackbooted friends from ICE by blowing the whistle on abuses of the Patriot Act by the DHS, our shamefully porous borders and lackadaisical approach to admitting aliens from terrorist countries into the U.S. All of that coming from a female immigrant, who dares to be a naturalized American patriot really got Schlussel’s broom in a twist.

Next, Schlussel Schlock piece states that I was fired. For your information, Miss Debbie, I was never fired from any job in my whole life. Specifically, I wasn’t fired by the Department of Homeland Security. My resignation was declared by a Judge to have been “involuntary” and caused by the government’s “illegal conduct” and impermissible activities.

As far as helicopters, planes, vehicular surveillance, OnStar, even though it is quite unbelievable, it actually happened and the government is not denying that it did. They even assert that it was a good way to spend taxpayers resources.

This is what happens to national security whistleblowers like me, for exposing glaring holes in our homeland security.

Just because the sheer magnitude of this case is far beyond Schlussel’s realm of understanding, she is not only attempting to discount it, but is also encouraging others to help silence my story and the documentary. Shame on you, Schlussel. You are just another quasi-media scarecrow that is trying to divert attention from whistleblower cases (unless, of course, you are somehow involved – in  which case you will scream it from the rooftops).

You are no better than the DHS cowards, who falsely declared me a “Domestic Terrorist” and raided my home with a Blackhawk helicopter, brandishing assault weapons – using more manpower and spending more time to raid my residence than was devoted to the raid of Bin Laden’s compound. Of course, you know what they did, because those are your little friends and your corrupt “sources”, which says a lot about you.

Since your friendships with government perpetrators have rendered your blog post false, libelous and devoid of any factual information, here is some information for you, Debbie.

On January 28, 2010, Federal Judge, Virginia Phillips, issued a court ruling in my case, stating in relevant part: “On August 10, 2005, ten DHS Internal Affairs Agents, a United States Marshal, seventeen SRT members, eight unmarked cars and a Blackhawk helicopter arrived at the Davises’ residence…Plaintiffs [BJ and Julia Davis] have produced significant evidence about the August 2005 raid and search of their residence… This evidence is sufficient to create a factual question as to whether federal agents committed an abuse of process when they conducted that search… In light of the substantial evidence presented by Plaintiffs as to the magnitude of the search, and the Government’s failure to identify undisputed facts in support of a contrary finding, the Court holds that a reasonable fact finder could find the extreme nature of the search and raid of the Davises’ Yucca Valley home was “not proper in the regular conduct of the proceedings.” Throughout their opposition, Plaintiffs have identified evidence that suggests the degree of force used in the search was  severe… According to Julia Davis’s parents, in the course of the search, Agent Deal told them that Mrs. Davis was a “Domestic Terrorist.” At some point on the day of the raid, someone scrawled the word “Boo!” and crossed out the date on Julia Davis’s calendar, located in her home… As discussed above, several witnesses have testified that documents and other items were seized from the home, though no receipt was given… There is also sufficient evidence for a reasonable fact finder to conclude the OPR Agents had an ulterior, improper motive: retaliation… In addition to the unusual degree of force used in executing the arrests, the arrest warrants were executed two months after the EEOC ALJ issued his initial decision in Julia Davis’s case, which was in her favor and highly critical of CBP, ICE, and their internal investigators. Agents Deal, Kaufer, and Wong had all been involved in Julia Davis’s EEOC and MSPB proceedings… The sum total of these facts is sufficient to allow a fact finder to infer a retaliatory or malicious motive in the execution of the search… Plaintiffs have therefore produced sufficient evidence to allow a reasonable fact finder to conclude the August 2005 search was an abuse of process.”

Next, Schlussel Schlock proceeds to question my marriage of nearly twenty years, as well as my career in the entertainment industry. Of course, she didn’t bother to check my credits on the Internet Movie Database (IMDb). For your information, little Debbie, I am a proud member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Screen Actors Guild, Women In Film, and other entertainment industry organizations. No matter how much that astonishes you, I did double Academy Award winners Angelina Jolie and Helen Hunt. Neither my continuing career in film, nor the details of my happy marriage, have any bearing on my whistleblowing disclosure of a national security breach to the FBI/JTTF.

I don’t know whether there is a person on this Earth who is capable of tolerating your shrill hysteria on a daily basis, so I won’t ask you about your personal relationships. In response to your ridiculous question as to why anyone from the film industry would want to work for the Department of Homeland Security, the answer is simple. I wanted to do it, because I am a patriot. I speak numerous languages. I wanted to serve my country. I loved my job, received outstanding performance evaluations and certificates of outstanding achievement. There are plenty of people like me in our federal law enforcement, who are there because they want to protect and to serve this great nation. Many of them are naturalized citizens. Can you grasp any of that, Schlussel?

Schlussel Schlock goes on to claim that my husband and I are “frequent guests on 9/11 Truther and anti-Semite Alex Jones’ radio shows.” Care to show any proof of that, Shlussel? My husband was never a guest on Alex Jones’ radio show. Not once. I did one interview for the Alex Jones show and was interviewed by Holland Vandennieuwenhof. That makes both of us “frequent guests” and anti-semites? As usual, you’re simply foaming at the mouth and choking on your own lies, little Debbie.

Schlussel Schlock proceeds to exclaim that there possibly couldn’t be any truth to my factual statement that our film company was pillaged by a group of mobsters (even though they were convicted and imprisoned based on our formal reports to the FBI and the SEC), followed by her listing of our restraining orders against the said mobsters. Little Debbie is openly contradicting herself. According to her, my husband and I are “fruitcakes”. Consider the source.

Next, Schlussel Schlock goes back to claiming that I allegedly stated that “government killed Brittany Murphy and her husband because they testified for me”. When and where did I say that, Shlussel? If you can’t give me a verbatim quote where I said that the government killed Brittany Murphy, you are nothing more than a liar. I can already say that you’re lying, since I never made any such statement. Your attempts to silence me through libelous misrepresentations only expose your shameless willingness to lie, in order to protect your little government confederates from accountability and exposure. As far as “fruitcakes” and “nutjobs” are concerned, you take the cake and eat it too, little Debbie.

"Top Priority: The Terror Within" is a documentary film by Fleur De Lis Film Studios.

It features an incredible true story of Julia Davis, a national security whistleblower who was falsely declared a "Domestic Terrorist" and subjected to retaliation of unprecedented proportions by the Department of Homeland Security.

She joins us to discuss what happened when she discovered and reported a breach of national security at the largest and busiest land border crossing in the U.S. on 4th of July, 2004.

The DHS failed to act on her reports, and instead of correcting the shortcomings exposed by Julia's report, they opened investigations against her.

Her husband BJ, a film producer who documented these events with a camera, also joins in to talk about the detailed events of this major story, never reported on by mainstream media, although Julia took her case to court and won.

They'll detail unprecedented retaliation and abuses of the Patriot Act in Julia's case and talk about how the DHS spent American taxpayer's money on warrantless surveillance, including aerial surveillance with a Blackhawk helicopter and a fixed-wing airplane, wiretaps, sneak and peek burglaries, Internet monitoring and On-Star tracking of the Davis family.

They'll explain why this story was never reported on by mainstream media and who was involved.

In the second hour, we hear about several deaths connected to this story including Julia's father, her neighbor who filmed the footage of the Blackhawk, and the actress Brittany Murphy as well as her husband.

Julia and BJ talk about the diminishing of our American rights amongst "terror theatre 101." Don't miss this astonishing story of the real terror, within the US government.

Julia Davis wrote:

Anyone doubting that my house was raided with a Blackhawk helicopter and a Special Response Team, please do a search of the Blackhawk warrantless raid of the Davis residence and take a look at the video (comment area doesn't accept links and more footage is to be released soon) - this is the raid of my house in progress (not to mention CBP aircraft and 8 agents on the same day being sent to follow me and my family members, in vehicles and on foot). It's true, it happened and the truth will continue to be told until we see some change in positive direction, for the sake of good man and women of the federal law enforcement, in whom I will always continue to believe.

P.S. The video of the Blackhawk helicopter raid in question can be found on YouTube by using keywords listed in my comment.

Revealed: Brittany Murphy 'was poisoned by government spooks in revenge for star's support of whistleblower', claims her grief-striken father

  • Father Angelo Bertolotti, 87, claims Brittany and her husband were killed for supporting Department of Homeland Security whistleblower
  • Julia Davis claimed U.S. was letting in terrorists over the Mexican border because of lax security, and her backers were put under surveillance
  • Julia Davis and Mr Bertolotti are writing a tell-all book on the mystery
  • The Clueless actress died on December 20, 2009, and the Los Angeles County Coroner said at the time it was due to pneumonia
  • Husband Simon Monjack died five months later in the same house
  • A new toxicology report ordered by her father found ten heavy metals in the actress' system, meaning she might have ingested rat poisoning
By The Daily Mail
November 18, 2013

Brittany Murphy's father has sensationally claimed that the tragic ‘Clueless’ actress was poisoned to death by after offering her celebrity backing to a whistleblower fighting the government.

Angelo Bertolotti, 87, alleges that at the time of her death his daughter was under surveillance from shadowy government operators who wiretapped her phone and terrorized her after she spoke out in support of a Department of Homeland Security whistleblower

Julia Davis, who claims to have once worked as a stunt double for Angelina Jolie, says Brittany was being persecuted for standing up for her.

Davis claimed she was branded a ‘domestic terrorist’ after she exposed security flaws that were allowing terrorists to sneak into the U.S. while she was working as a border security guard in California.

The extraordinary claims are what drove Brittany’s father to campaign to have a separate toxicology test conducted on the star.

The new report found rat poison may have caused the shock death - in stark contrast to the official coroner's report that concluded it was natural causes.

The latest twist to the growing mystery over the actress’s death came as relatives called on police in Los Angeles to re-open the investigation.

‘I called it two weeks after it happened,’ one family member told MailOnline. ‘You just don’t have two people die like that under those circumstances.’

Officials insist there is no evidence to support a more sinister motive behind 32-year-old Brittany’s sudden death in the bathroom of her Los Angeles home on December 20, 2009.

Her husband, British screenwriter Simon Monjack, 40, died in similar circumstances five months later.

The Los Angeles coroner ruled the deaths were due to pneumonia and anemia.  Health officials later reportedly suggested toxic mold in the house could have played a role in the tragedy.

But the actress’s father is steadfast in his belief foul play was behind the mysterious deaths and launched a lawsuit last year demanding the release of hair samples from Brittany’s body to carry out the new tests.

Although the legal action – which named arsenic as a possible cause of death – was dismissed, the father was given hair, blood and tissue samples to carry out the independent laboratory tests.

In a report for Examiner.comMs Davis wrote that scientists at independent Carlson Company laboratories found ten heavy metals in Brittany's system which were several times higher than World Health Organization high levels at the time of her death.

'If we were to eliminate the possibility of a simultaneous accidental heavy metals exposure to the sample donor then the only logical explanation would be an exposure to these metals (toxins) administered by a third party perpetrator with likely criminal intent,' the report says.

Heavy metals are found in most rodenticides and insecticides meaning the actress could have been slipped rat poisoning or bug killer.

At the time of her death, Brittany displayed all the symptoms of heavy metal poisoning including: headaches, dizziness, abdominal cramps, coughing, sweating, disorientation, wheezing, congestion and pneumonia.

Mr Monjack also exhibited similar symptoms before his death, leading some to believe he too was poisoned.

His mother-in-law Sharon discovered his body.

In a recent interview with Los Angeles-based Fleur De Lis Film Studios, Mr Bertolotti said:

They were, in fact, under surveillance, including helicopters. Their telephones were wiretapped, Brittany was afraid to go home, because of the sneak-and-peek incursions into their residence and other terror tactics she suffered after speaking out in support of Julia Davis and being named as a witness in her lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security.’

At the time of her death, early speculation was that the actress died of a drug overdose or anorexia after years of shocking weight loss.

Prescription pills were found in the actress' system, but they were treating a cold and respiratory infection.

Mr Bertolotti and Ms Davis are writing a book, ‘Britt’ detailing what they really believe happened to the star and a documentary, ‘The Terror Within’, which has not yet been released.

Ms Davis claimed that while working at the US border with Mexico she uncovered evidence that dozens of potential terrorists had entered America in shady circumstances that may have involved the bribery of customs officials.

On a whistleblower website, Ms Davis wrote that family members and witnesses who dared to support her were ‘subjected to land and aerial surveillance, to the tune of millions – at the expense of American taxpayers.

‘This included warrantless aerial surveillance with fixed-wing airplanes and Blackhawk helicopters, vehicular surveillance, OnStar tracking, Internet monitoring, wiretaps, warrantless searches and seizures and series of other outrageous, unwarranted retaliatory measures.’

On the National Whistleblower Center website, Julia Davis said she 'prevailed' in court against the Department of Homeland Security despite a total of 54 'retaliatory' investigations being launched against her in an 'attempt to discredit Julia as an upstanding law enforcement officer and a staunch American patriot.'

On the site, she says that when her fears about terrorists being able to slip into the U.S. were ignored by her bosses she went to the FBI, infuriating her bosses.

Last year, a trailer for the documentary about the whistleblower case, called 'Top Priority: The Terror Within,' was posted on YouTube.

It features photos of Angelo Bertolotti with his daughter and visiting her grave. He also says that Brittany 'was called as a witness in the Julia Davis case.' He added: 'Brittany did tell me she was under surveillance and, incidentally, so was I.'

The video claimed Miss Murphy and her husband were subjected to the same 'terror tactics' as Ms Davis.

The video also featured footage of a Blackhawk helicopter raid on Ms Davis's Yucca Valley, California, house.

Ms Davis says in her blog that a judge sided with her to rule the 2005 raid on her home was an 'abuse of process.'

Miss Murphy was perhaps most famous for her role in 1995's Clueless, but she also had more serious roles in Girl, Interrupted and played Eminem's love interest in 8 Mile - the movie about the rapper's life.

At the time of her death, Miss Murphy's career had tapered off and her last major role was in 2004's Little Black Book.

Before marrying Mr Monjack, the actress dated Ashton Kutcher, her co-star in the film Just Married.

After breaking up with the actor, she went on to have two serious relationships that led to engagements with talent manager Jeff Kwantinetz and production assistant Joe Macaluso before marrying Mr Monjack, a screenwriter, in May 2007.

Acting Customs and Border commissioner to retire, leaving a stained legacy

Acting Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Ahern to Retire- But Will the Cronyism, Sex-rings and Security Gaffs End

After three decades of service to the federal government, Jayson Ahern will be leaving the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency with the blessing of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano. “Jay has led CBP and we have benefited from his wisdom…Jay has demonstrated remarkable leadership and service to our nation,” the DHS Secretary explained.

There are many who disagree with that statement.

Once the story unfolds, “service” will have a different meaning. Speculation and allegations surround the retirement of Ahern. Even though his career was marred with indiscretions he continued to move up the chain of command. Many who have worked with him throughout the years believe the retirement comes as the ‘writing is on the wall’ and a quiet departure will lead to greater opportunities without scandal.

In fact, scandal has long been documented in public detail, and the fallout has followed Ahern and others in Miami (and elsewhere) for years. That, in and of itself, is not anything new, but the result of this internal corruption and sexual antics have left a nation open to security breakdowns.

Ahern says of his retirement, “the agency is filled with strongly committed and dedicated professionals whose responsibility is to secure the homeland…Over the remaining weeks; I will undoubtedly recall numerous highlights, accomplishments and challenges that we have shared.”

Let’s look back at Ahern’s career in the CBP and see what kind of legacy he will be leaving to his successor, Alan Bersin, an Obama appointee.

A number of top CBP officials have long been ensnared in sexual misconduct allegations, and when it comes time for punishment, it has been the whistleblowers who find themselves in trouble. Unfortunately this is not the exception, but a tried and true rule, a pattern that continues to be practiced each day in the Department of Homeland Security.

Sex, Lies, and Videotapes

The tale of sexual misconduct has been well documented by the Miami Herald (going back a decade), and in very graphic details in online blogs.

Customs officers describe a hostile work environment initially within an elite group of Miami inspectors who successfully fought against the cocaine trade only to end up with dubious sexual scandals attached to their resumes. Indiscretions like drunken skinny dippy, strip ‘pornopoly,’ on-the-job drinking, obscene phone calls and various sexual-aids placed in co-workers mailboxes follow Ahern like a proud badge of honor.

Numerous CBP supervisors were implicated in these activities, and a pattern of promotion could be counted on each time these extra-curricular activities took place. This is hardly a gratifying solution for those who are on the receiving end of these non-wanted sexual innuendos.

Content in the series of articles in the Miami Herald went unchallenged and included many names like Ahern and Tom Winkowski. A CBP email highlighted some of these transgressions. Internal e-mails and internet postings point out the numerous sexual indiscretions in the Miami and Los Angeles/Long Beach ports, each port director, Ahern and Winkowski merely swapped locations while keeping the same job.

It must be noted that their official biographies at the CBP website show a similar career track, and that both are married. Sources and peers report that the transfer was the “discipline” though in reality both officials and others received promotions, too, and it’s alleged managers are told to cool the activities for a while until things blow over.

“There were many stories of ‘sexual misconduct while on duty’ among managers, and the story was that this is how inspectors were getting promoted in record time,” an internal email read. Discussions about a sex-ring were perpetuated throughout Customs in both ports.

The context of an internal employee email (subject: Chapter 7, Sex, lies, and videotapes) contained sexual encounter after encounter. Employees getting caught both on and off duty with their pants down or their skirts up were commonplace within Legacy Customs and continue to this day much to the chagrin of many employees.

Many cases of sexual harassment were brought against both males and females, including one filed in Florida, where Ahern was named as part of a sex ring in Miami – yet no dismissals of employment occurred, while participants continued to be promoted at the fastest rates. A few short suspensions (for a very insignificant amount), and temporary details to headquarters were the punishment for what seems like a business as usual behavior within the government agency.

Employees who did not want to partake in the sexcapades quickly tried to transfer to other ports. And once word got out they refused to partake in sex games they were ostracized within CBP. One employee referred to the feeling in an email, “It is a very eerie feeling to have to work among sexual predators that seem to want to always be in your space for no reason.”

Employees point to other acquiescent behavior occurring in the office with no attempt to disguise the vulgar language.

“Arthur Gainer was having sex with any female at work that he could. We have heard Arthur Gainer make sexual innuendos to other females while at work and we were standing right there,” the email continued. “This thing is that they all cover up for each other and lie for each other at every level whenever they are caught in the act.” Talk of sexual favors and orgies was a company staple and a ‘regular thing’, especially when there was a ‘going away party.’

The email continues to explain that the sexual “conduct has become a part of the organizational culture of the Customs Service. Because this type of culture is perpetuated and fostered from the highest levels of the agency, the new employees who unknowingly are targeted by these sexual predators do not have a chance of justice when they are reporting these acts of misconduct in the mistaken belief that the agency administrators share the same values of integrity that they do.”

Another key player Ray Kelly, New York Police Commissioner, and former Commissioner of Customs, knew all about the sexual shenanigans within CBP and like other superiors he continued to ignore the scandal. Kelly also held other positions within the industry of Dept of Treasury Undersecretary of Enforcement (including Customs, Secret Service, BATF, and others) 96-98 and Commissioner of U.S. Customs Service 1998-2000, begging the question; why did he do nothing about this unsavory behavior?

Subsequent top officials, including former CBP Commissioners Ralph Basham and Robert Bonner, were informed by CBP employees as well and also did nothing to put a stop to it.

Meanwhile Ahern, Winkowski and countless others continued to be promoted to the highest positions in the agency.

The rank and file officers who didn’t engage in obscene behavior were left to do the job of many since much of this behavior took place while on duty, in government buildings and vehicles. Even though these employees were being caught on government cameras, walked in on by fellow officers at their offices with large glass doors or windows, nothing brought an end to the sexcapades.

However, employees who dared to fight the establishment on sexual innuendo were often taught a painful message. Constant berating, promotion denials (though qualified) and crappy, often humiliating details would await those who dared to say “no.”

Julia Davis Harassed by the Government She Wanted to Defend After 9-11

One woman bucked the norm and was subject to the wrath of the DHS- Julia Davis.

Officer Davis’ case landed in the courtroom and eventually she was able to expose the DHS and CBP outrageous behavior at the San Ysidro Port in San Diego, CA.

Davis joined CBP after the 9-11 attack on America in an effort to serve her country proudly (Davis is an immigrant). However, her enthusiasm and professionalism for her new law enforcement career turned to fear and anger when one of her Senior Supervisors at work, Kevin Crusilla, began to make inappropriate sexual advances. While harassing Davis, Crusilla continually reminded her that she was a probationary employee and during her first year of employment could be easily terminated at any time at management’s discretion.

At first Davis tried to quietly resolve the issue by asking other Supervisors and Port Directors to intervene without filing a formal complaint. She had no idea that her boss Crusilla was part of the “good ole boy” club and a close personal friend with the upper management. She naively counted on management to make the harassment stop, including Port Director William “Bruce” Ward, Assistant Port Director Orlando Chambers and Port Director Oscar Preciado.

Although Port Managers knew Crusilla had made unwanted sexual advances towards other women, Port Directors and the Crusilla friendship stopped any action against him. Officers at the Port knew that the system would retaliate against anyone reporting misconduct by the management.

Davis, however, had no idea that the management was in a habit of attacking victims who dared to complain, instead of disciplining perpetrators. She would later discover that a victim of stalking, battery and harassment was subject to even greater danger by seeking protection from the agency.

DHS continued its harassment of the Davis household, eventually using a Black Hawk helicopter and a couple of home invasions to break Davis and get her to stop with the sexual harassment charges. However, it would be DHS that would underestimate Davis and her willingness to fight for her God-given rights and the country she now called home.

In desperation, Davis filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on May 10, 2003. Since the Department of Homeland Security was not taking any action to stop the harassment and to protect Davis from Crusilla’s harassment and stalking, she petitioned for and was granted first a temporary and then a permanent restraining order against Crusilla with the California Superior Court in Chula Vista, CA.

This would be her first legal victory against DHS, a company she admired and worked hard to be a part of. A final court decision was issued in September 2005, in the complaint of discrimination by former Customs and Border Protection Officer Davis against the Department of Homeland Security awarding her the amount of $225,000.

The Judge ruled Davis established agency culpability of an egregious sort and has been awarded damages as well as attorney fees due to discrimination.

The Judge also ruled that no one could work under the conditions Davis was subjected to, and said; “I find that based on the record in the case, complainant has established not only that the agency engaged in illegal conduct, but also that the conduct was intolerable to a reasonable person because it was especially humiliating and included unnecessary harassment. Secondly, I find that the complainant’s resignation was caused by, or in response to, the illegal treatment.”

In a statement Davis said, “This decision is an important step in safeguarding civil rights of federal employees and holding agencies accountable for failing to prevent and to timely curtail unconstitutional actions in the workplace.”

Unconstitutional indeed and something that happens throughout the United States at many ports of entry as confirmed by independent sources that shared their stories throughout all levels of government agencies.

Miami Customs District – Animal House with Badges and Guns

Take the Miami Customs District where a current employee and military veteran states she has never seen such corruption in her life. “When I started with the agency I was told by my superiors that I was nothing more than piece of meat and if I played my cards right I’d move up real fast.”

This didn’t sit well with the former military brat. “I took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, everyone takes the same oath unfortunately not everyone takes their oath seriously.”

At the Customs agency ‘protect and serve’ take on a new meaning, especially in light of the new world order that includes terrorism. When foreign nationals are entering the country it is important to make sure they harbor no ill will towards Americans and it is the job of the agents to figure this out.

One problem the Miami agency faces with the diversity of employees is hometown allegiance- meaning they are Americans second and home country first. This stereotypical nuance seems simple enough except when you are working America’s ports of entry, and where it is easy to let some things slide-to say compadres from Venezuela or elsewhere.

This Miami source says she’s seen this up close and personal. “I’ve witnessed many agents stamp passports as if these entrants had I-94s, which means they have green card status and allows them fewer restrictions upon entering the country.”

As a result, some agents report this to supervisors, but they are told by the supervisor ‘to let it go’ and ‘don’t worry about it.’

“I’ve personally talked to people who have green cards who talk very badly to me when I start asking questions. For example, if they are male I asked if they are signed up for the Selective Service (a U.S. law) and the answers are horrible. I hear, ‘I hate the U.S. I will never fight for you infidels, you deserve to die!’ At that point I take the person to secondary only to be told we have to kick them free. Now, to the average person, you may take offence to a green card holder speaking of America in that manner. To an agent, it’s their job to ensure no hostile people are entering into the country. I take an oath to protect and serve, however my supervisors are not letting me do my job and I take that personally.”

Another excuse given to inspectors when they get unruly patrons in a Customs line is; “It’s racial profiling.” Looking back to Ft. Hood, Texas where the military let the political-correctness rule shine through and allowed a Muslim fanatic move up the highest military ranks even though he showed disturbing signs of hatred towards Americans and finally murdering 14 people (13 soldiers one of which was pregnant) in the name of Allah; something is broken.

When people are prone to this kind of behavior at ports of entry, they are often struck away because of racial profiling, and CBP agents have been told accidents can happen, if you don’t tow the agency line.

“I want American people to wake up. We are being attacked from the inside out. National security has been gutted; it’s like taking an apple and putting a worm inside and allowing it to feast. The apple still looks tempting from the outside, but inside there’s nothing left.”

Even with all the problems facing the Miami Customs Office, insiders say there are ways to alleviate the corruption that has plagued the agency for decades.

The dirty little secret in Miami is its whorehouse reputation.

“I hope with Ahern’s retirement the Department of Homeland Security can clean this agency up. I’ve had personal experiences with fellow male coworkers who groped my private parts and tried to influence me to have sex, but I have more integrity and respect for myself. I’ve filed EEOC reports, complained and nothing has been done to address the situation,” says another agent who wished to remain anonymous for fear of workplace retaliation.

“The DHS needs to clean house and fire these people from start to finish because they are making a mockery of the U.S. legal system. National security is an illusion,” she says. “What security.”

Not one to just complain about the horrific working conditions in Miami, the agent offered some suggestions for the incoming commissioner:

Many sources feel candidates for DHS require greater hiring standards and, if the candidate has dual passports, take their foreign passport away as a condition of employment. It is felt the agencies need to enforce conflict of interest, and put an end to fraternizing with foreigners, and firms such as airlines, cruise ship lines, and cargo companies without penalties of a transfer of authority. It is felt such actions will create loyalty to America.

CBP officials need to treat their employees with respect to earn the respect of their officers at all pay grades in order to rebuild morale and trust.

Fire the current internal and incompetent management regime that has been put in place by offering promotions through participation in the sex-ring and allow an independent agency to investigate the Customs agency.

The CBP agency should be more like the military. Customs at the ports of entry are the front lines to those persons, aircraft, ships, and other forms of transportation, including cargo entering the country. Assign those employees from other countries away from their region or hometowns. This will take the temptation away to let people slide that are questionable and need to be detained for further questioning.

After interviewing several agents at different ports of entry and different agencies and different environments, it has become critically clear DHS has some major problems. If these issues are not resolved quickly all the employees forecasted an ominous act of terrorism on the horizon. An anonymous agent summed it up best; “There is simply no connecting the dots between departments, let alone agencies. It’s a recipe for disaster.”

Ahern’s Legacy

This brings us back to the retiring Jayson Ahern and, ultimately, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano. Will she and incoming Commissioner Bersin do anything about internal on-duty misconduct, promotions earned solely for sexual activities, gross incompetence, all while they are supposed to be an agency with a key national security mission?

The impact of Ahern’s legacy outside the sex ring is contained in a memo dated September 2005 regarding Hurricane Katrina and the processing of illegal aliens. This memo was circulated within CBP employees.

Illegal aliens only needed to utter Hurricane Katrina Relief and it was their free pass to stay in U.S. without documentation or background checks. This was considered by some as the ultimate Disneyland free pass. Of course, to this day New Orleans is known for its increase in crime, particularly in the areas where illegal aliens reside - significantly increased as reported by CNN.

Particular points of interest contained in the memo include: “The individual does not pose any known terrorist threat to the U.S.; the individual does not pose any immediate threat to the U.S. for criminal activity; and the individual is not likely to add to the illegal immigrant population in the U.S.” How one can gather this information without the benefit of a background check is beyond many CBP employees - they understood this was nothing more than granting “parole” or amnesty.

Ultimately, will Napolitano and DHS properly investigate CBP's sex-ring and the inappropriate conduct (including promotions) and put an end to it all?

Will they begin terminating managers who retire with full benefits though their service has been less than honorable?

Or will it be business as usual, meaning the internal terror continues against officers more interested in sex games, until our next 9-11 happens?

What is clear is that Jayson Ahern leaves a shameful legacy behind him. Napolitano claims Ahern has ‘led CBP and we have benefited from his wisdom.’ Let’s hope the incoming Commissioner does learn that the benefits of business as usual equals failure and wisdom can lead to courage and change.

The story is deeply disturbing but consists of true facts about the Agency! Jay Ahern should be terminated from federal service and imprisoned for his illegal acts under the color of law. Ahern has abused his office, violated human rights as well as rights of female federal officers. Remember, this is the same agency who had its second-ranked public affairs officer arrested as a pedophile, who was sending out inappropriate photographs of himself, while also holding up his DHS badge. Well written, well said. Let's see the stories as documentaries and on cable and national television for all "Lamplighters". Frank Serpico didn't tolerate it and neither did Julia Davis who was selected for two contrived and failed malicious and selective prosecutions in an attempt to discredit her and distract from the real stories of national security breaches and sexual harassment.

I was the chief employee representative in Miami during the reign of terror sponsored by Ahern et al., and did manage to save a few careers while in the process getting some of the more egregious management crooks removed from the scene. A few years back, the Miami Herald was running a series of articles demonstrating the rewards of the wrong-doers and the punishments of the complainants. I sent a few of my files to the reporter at the time. I credit then-Commissioner Ray Kelly with finally forcing an early retirement on the leader of the pack (who, by this time, had been promoted to the chief officer in Tampa). But this was a few years after the fact. Many of the perpetrators still exist within the agency. I see no real change on the horizon. My gawd! Ahern was named acting commissioner? I am truly glad I retired 12 years ago.

Oops! I missed Peter Baish's comment below, and a further word becomes necessary. Peter, my boy, the charges were thoroughly investigated and in fact, given the EEOC awards to the employees, were indeed substantiated. The problem is/was that the perps were transferred to even higher positions. Nothing was ever done to them in terms of punishment.

Peter get a grip. All true, I worked for one of Jay's buddies and I felt the rath of being a whistle-blower after turning in a chief who was a pig, would pee in coffee cups, took a female officer to his home, then lied, (she is now an acting DFO-go figure). My gun was taken for 6 months, had to take psychological tests, threatened to have my house searched, denied TDY's and promotions for years, while other color blind, womanizing, lying male jerks, some of who were promoted even though they failed the supv tests and went on to do stupid stuff like shut down an airport over a test x-ray, which was covered up. Ahern's legacy was to allow this in CBP, he should be ashamed. Heard the new port director in San Diego being transferred from Miami after sexual charges were filed, following in Jay's steps. Ahern and his buddies should have been fired after Miami, it has destroyed an agency, cost big bucks and hurt a lot of people. I'm glad I'm retired. Napolitino should clean house. It's time.

J. Ahern has covered many a crime and managers wrong doing in New Orleans. Just look at DFO Jim Hynes who promoted his lover and second in command while in New Orleans. Hynes lover was married to a CBP Officer before, during and after Katrina. During Katrina the CBP Officer discovered his DFO Hynes was having an affair with Mrs. Kim Felger (Hynes second in charge in the Port). J Ahern only moved Hynes to San Diego and then to Washington when the word came out about the affair. J Ahern covered up for Hynes and allowed Hynes to resign his position. Another example of the Good Old Boy Club.

As much as I would like to comment, why bother. Things will never change. Fortunately for me, Ahern's and his subordinates' personnel abuses backfired when I was "management enemy number one" at LAX and am now sitting pretty up, up and away immersed in mountains, trees, blue skies and nature. As I gaze across the meadows and the lake up at the moutain tops, I keep asking my wife and myself, "what did I do to deserve this?" Thanks, all!

The cancer still exists as former Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Robert Bonner has been appointed to the DHS Security Council that protected Ahern as Acting Commissioner and his atrocities against women, fellow officers and I would not want to think what they have done to the average citizen. Sending a Blackhawk helicopter after their own officers to silence whistleblowers is outrageous. The new SYS POE Director is one of the same sexual predators from Miami. Who's in charge? No one! Who's paying for it all? Taxpayer's!

This is to Peter, who some may know is a SAC in DHS. How would you feel Peter if another SAC, had an affair with the wife of one of your Special Agents in ICE. If that SAC were promoted to San Diego and then to Washington would you be pleased? Should the acting Commissioner J Ahern allow that SAC to resign or should J Ahern add the low life SAC to the "wall of shame". Oh I forgot a SAC, like a DFO is above "the wall of shame".

Some truths, some lies, but there is some truth to the games being played within the Agency. USCS is the dirtiest animal in the Federal Government. No matter how you see it, as long as former USCS personnel are in charge, it will remain the devil's nest. Once other personnel, either from the different agencies or new CBPO or from the outside are hired in to replace key position holders, CBP will remain DHS fecal pile.

Miss DVORAK,

Just a few points.

1. Your description of the I-94 card was completely wrong. The I-94 card is a reciept which shows what class of entry a person was given and how long they can remain in the United States.
It in nothing like a GREEN CARD which is correctly called the Legal Permanent Resident Reciept Card.
A Legal Permanent Resident can live and work for the rest of their life in the U.S. and even become a U.S. citizen, however, they cannot vote and can be deported if convicted of a crime.

There are about 20 different classes of entry that use an I-94 card, with many, many variations of these classes. They range from a B2 visitor who cannot work and must leave at the end of 6 months to a NATO soldier here to help protect the U.S. to a diplomat who cannot even be arrested if they commit a murder (it has happened before) to a doctor doing cancer research.

A lot of truth in the story, some not as well. If there were more case references, as EEO complaints become public, then I would put more credibility to this. I do know that "friends of Jay" have made it quite far in their careers, and Jay had "Uncle Chuck" Winwood to protect him. Ms Dvorak also needs to look at the CBP basic academy in Georgia too. Ask for Uncle Art or his friend Darlene (sent to the academy because of complaints from the field), and how many couples get promoted, or have jobs created for them to stay there, while other good staff members who stand up to managers and do not lay down when falsely accused of things, are put out to pasture. Many of those academy managers have LA/Miami connections too. And wait, while other students are not allowed to use the phone, Jay Ahern's son was allowed to call Daddy whenever he wanted, and "graduated with awards" to boot. There are good people in CBP, just too many lousy managers.

The sexual harassmnet in CBP is on going. Cases which are settled, like mine are not reported. I chose to leave the Field Office where I was being mistreated and start fresh someplace else. The DFO is now gone, thank goodness, but many of the pieces of worthless managers and employees still remain. The male who started my complaint started in Miami and apparently learned that "No" does not mean know and followed up with the learned behavior of retaliation! Also, the latest piece of work from Miami has just been transferred to San Diego/San Ysidro POE to continue the Ahern Legacy. Wow! The name dropping amazes me in here, but let me jump on the bandwagon: Does anybody know about LAX Supervisor Greg Doss? He killed a South African man and a few days later he was safe and sound back at his old duty station in LAX. I guess it does pay to have a diplomatic passport. I wonder how much the govt' had to pay the family of the killed man to shut up?

On another note: sexual harassment is not just male to female oriented. I believe DFO A. Hinojosa out of Dallas, TX has a fantastic list and history when it comes to sexual harassment/sexual favors in exchange for promotion. Who wants to volunteer and come forward?

This is one of those thankless jobs and we don't mind because deep down we all know that we are doing our part to never let another 9/11 happen again. This agaency is really not that much different then any other agency, we all have our bad apples and trust me their day of judgement is coming. Remember folks for every 1 bad person I can show you 20 outstanding officer's. Enough said!

Sorry America. The good CBP officers in Miami are far too busy trying to protect themselves from CBP management to have time to protect you from terrorist.

And those bad managers are not one trick ponies. You can add racial and ethnic discrimination to the list. Filing a complaint with the Federal employees' EEOC (it's separate from the EEOC for everyone else)is like grabing an anchor when you are drowning.

I once rode from Miami to Key West with three other CBP officers. Although there was lively conversation the entire trip only 22 English words were spoken, and I don't speak Spanish. That was not only unprofessional but unsafe. If we can't present a united front as Americans then foreign elements that mean us harm will simply divide and conquer.

This is the case with CBP (and possibly other DHS agencies). The rank and file non-sup officers and personnel are so busy walking on eggshells trying to avoid ALL forms of disciplinary actions while those who are well connected via sex-promotions, nepotism, cronyism and image-protection-favoritism are too busy hoarding up self-promotion keeping everyone else at bay who really does deserve a promotion based on merit.

Exclusive: Brittany Murphy’s ties to whistleblower brought to light after new toxicology report

By Faith Braverman, The Libertarian Republic
November 23, 2013

Science & Skepticism

A new toxicology report is casting doubts on the official story of actress Brittany Murphy’s death in 2009.

Murphy’s father, Angelo Bertolotti, has always questioned the LA Coroner’s official story that his daughter and her husband, Simon Monjack, died of natural causes five months apart. Bertolotti has undergone years of litigation to secure his daughter’s hair, blood and tissue samples from the LA Coroner’s office for an independent testing, according to Good Morning America.

The LA Coroner never tested Murphy or her husband for poisonous substances, but the most recent lab report confirms Murphy’s system contained ten heavy metal levels which exceeded the World Health Organization’s high levels recommendation.

These metals, especially Barium Carbonate, are commonly found in rodenticides and insecticides, leading many to believe that she was given rat poison.

Slate.com published an article stating that some of the metals listed on the toxicology report can be found in hair dye, but if fails to account for the presence of Barium Carbonate.

If true, these revelations beg an obvious question: Why would anyone want to poison Brittany Murphy?

Murphy’s father believes it has to do with a contentious court case she was involved with that led to her, and her family, being placed under surveillance.

Prior to her death in December of 2009, Brittany Murphy was asked to testify for Department of Homeland Security whistleblower, Julia Davis. Davis asked Murphy to dispute claims that the Department of Homeland Security had made which were used to discredit Davis and implicated Murphy. The trial was set to begin in January of 2010.

The documentary Top Priority: The Terror Within, reveals the shocking lengths the Department of Homeland Security went through to discredit and harass Davis after she exposed glaring shortcomings in the processing of applicants for admission into the US from terrorist countries.

The New York Daily News states that a source close to Brittany Murphy’s mother questions whether or not the hair, blood, and tissue samples from the new toxicology report actually belong to the deceased star.

Julia Davis gave an interview with The Libertarian Republic discussing the case:

Why do you say the Department of Homeland Security came after you, and what tactics did they employ to discredit you?

The Department of Homeland Security retaliated against me because of my whneistleblowing disclosure to the FBI that exposed serious deficiencies in the processing of aliens from Special Interest Countries (countries with terrorist ties) into the United States.

The DHS used an array of tactics in an attempt to discredit me and thereby to invalidate my disclosure, including 54 investigations, warrantless searches of my home and our company’s film offices, two malicious prosecutions/false imprisonments (both of which were dismissed, with a finding of factual innocence and an order for the government to return the proceeds of both warrantless searches), land, aerial and vehicular surveillance, falsely declaring me to be a “Domestic Terrorist”, causing IRS audits and implementing other retaliatory tactics routinely used against whistleblowers.

Can you tell us more about the raid that occurred at your home and your neighbor Matthew Judd who videotaped it? He also died under mysterious circumstances.

After I prevailed against the DHS in an EEOC lawsuit, they raided my home with a Blackhawk helicopter and a Special Response Team, storming the house with a total of 27 agents, armed with assault weapons.

One of my neighbors who witnessed and videotaped the raid of my home, Mathew Judd, was found dead in his home several weeks after the raid. He was 27 years old. The cause of death on Mathew’s death certificate was listed as “pending investigation.”

How did Brittany Murphy become involved in your case?

Brittany was dragged into my case by a third party (a DHS Supervisor), who falsely claimed in a sworn statement that Brittany Murphy (whom she knew through her daughter) told her that I was working on a movie during my unpaid leave. These claims were completely false. Brittany stood up for me and issued a formal statement through her attorneys, confirming that the allegations against me by the Department of Homeland Security, using her name, were fabricated. At the time of her death, Brittany was listed as a witness on my behalf against the Department of Homeland Security in my successful lawsuit against the agency.

Slate.com published an article stating that the toxicology report requested by Brittany’s father is iffy. They state that hair dye is the most likely source of heavy metals in a woman’s hair and can lead to elevated levels of manganese, iron, nickel, copper, cadmium, and antimony.  How do you respond to that?

Famed forensic pathologist Cyril Wecht acknowledged that our toxicology report was valid and should be taken very seriously. I deeply respect his professional opinion. As for the “hair dye” argument, I find it laughable, especially since the initial article by Slate uses a quote by Dr. Lykissa, the Director of the lab that conducted the testing, in spite of the fact that Dr. Lykissa did not provide any commentary about lab tests of Brittany Murphy’s hair to Slate or any other media outlet.

The comments used by Slate were completely fictitious, but the article was picked up and recited by other publications, using supporting commentary by the friends of the LA Coroner. The hair dye argument conveniently overlooks several other heavy metals that were found in Brittany’s hair in extremely high quantities, as well as Brittany’s and Simon’s numerous symptoms that are consistent with poisoning.

The only “iffy” thing about these cases is a so-called autopsy, in the course of which the Coroner did not test any of the specimens or hair for poisons or toxins. Accounting for the fact that neither Coroner Craig Harvey, nor Assistant Coroner Ed Winters are educated as medical doctors (MD’s), at this point it appears that they are more interested in saving face than ensuring justice for Brittany. They cannot credibly deny the poisoning as a possible cause of death, having never tested either Brittany’s or Simon’s remains for poisons or toxins.

Slate.com also questioned the validity of the Carlson Company for not being accredited by the College of American Pathologists, and stated that Brittany’s mother wasn’t sure if the hair tested was actually Brittany’s. You know Angelo Bertolotti, are you able to confirm that the hair, blood and tissue samples did come from Brittany, and that the Carlson Company is a legitimate agency?

I question the credibility of Slate for using an imaginary comment that lab Director never provided. This fact alone destroys any viability of their shaky attacks against Brittany’s dad for seeking justice for his daughter. The Coroner’s Office shipped the samples for testing directly to the lab, so there is no question as to the chain of custody in this case. As for the credibility of the Carlson Company, I certainly believe they are a very legitimate agency. Office of the LA Coroner advised us that they did not know of any certified lab that is able to perform hair testing and therefore directed us to select any lab of our choosing that performs such tests. At this point, any jabs at our choice of a lab (when the Coroner was unable to suggest any alternative) are ludicrous.

What would you say to people currently working for the government with the intent to protect national security?

I would tell them not to trade their integrity for job security. Doing the right thing comes with a heavy price (as any whistleblower can tell you), but it’s a worthy sacrifice.

Has your definition of terrorism changed since you became a target of the Department of Homeland Security?

My personal definition of terrorism did not change, but I certainly do not subscribe to the vision of domestic terrorism that is espoused by the Department of Homeland Security, where law-abiding citizens can be labeled as such simply for questioning the government’s fraud, waste and abuse.

You’ve obviously gotten a lot of backlash from the US government for blowing the whistle. Have you gotten any backlash from the general population? Or have there been any individuals or groups that have reached out to you that you wouldn’t have expected?

I’ve received much-appreciated support from people all over the world, which I cherish with all of my heart. Stories of whistleblowers from all walks of life are heartbreaking. I do my best to show my support to fellow whistleblowers and everyday citizens, whose rights have been violated. “We The People” can change the world, standing united.

Brittany Murphy was Poisoned, But Why? And by Whom?

By End Times Prophecy Report
November 24, 2013

The latest in the Brittany Murphy saga: the 32-year-old actress/singer was apparently poisoned–according to revised toxicology reports. But why and by whom?

Speculation has centered around the Department of Homeland Security, which Murphy and husband, Simon Monjack, had sued over a fraudulent report by DHS.

The article, Brittany Murphy: Death by Long Term Poisoning? sparked our last report at End Times Prophecy Headlines: November 20, 2013.

Not an endorsement of the celebrity/ Hollywood lifestyle, but there was always something a bit fishy when 32-year-old actress/singer Brittany Murphy died suddenly–and then five months later, her husband died suddenly in the same manner.

New toxicology shows that Murphy’s hair contained heavy metals and it appears that long term poisoning had taken place.  But by who? There are allegations it was the Department of Homeland Security. Murphy had sued the DHS over falsifying information.

Brittany Murphy died at the hand of the Government. says friend.

The reason for the suit appears to be making the headlines just now:  US may have let dozens of terrorists in the country as refugees.

What a coincidence! The sheer synchronicity of it all is amazing!

If the press wasn’t rigged, one would think that storyline alone would have the Hollywood and tabloid press in full chase-mode–if they really operated in the Wild West manner in which we’re been led to believe. The only press interested in the story is of the citizen journalist variety.

Brittany Murphy murdered by Rat Poison.

But in the supposedly-rabid celebrity press–which reports on Lady Gaga’s every broken pinky nail–there’s been mostly silence.  And the decided lack of interest on the part of the authorities–even after the toxicology results– make this affair all the more suspicious. In addition, the original coroner’s reports never noted the presence of the poisons, though the actress’ body was “saturated” with them.

The only ones interested in what happened appear to be Murphy’s parents–her father, Angelo Bertolotti. He ordered the extra toxicology work because he never believed the official report of his daughter and her husband’s sudden deaths by pneumonia.

[Of course, there’s always the possibility that this is another case of the string-pullers sacrificing one of their own to build credibility for one of the underlying narratives.]

Is that all conspiratorial enough for the reader?  If not, it does get better–though perhaps not in this report.

Brittany Murphy Poisoned: Back Story

What events have gotten the reader to November 2013?  A good summation of what has happened so far (The “official narratives” can usually be found at Wikipedia.  This narrative is no exception):

Brittany Murphy: Death

At 08:00 (16:00 GMT) on December 20, 2009, the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to “a medical request”[37] at the Los Angeles home Murphy and Monjack shared. She had apparently collapsed in a bathroom.[8] Firefighters attempted to resuscitate Murphy on the scene. She was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead on arrival[38] at 10:04 after going into cardiac arrest.[8][37]

Shortly after her death, Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter told the Associated Press: “It appears to be natural.”[12][39][40] An autopsy was performed the day after she died. Her death certificate listed the cause of death as “deferred”.[41] On February 4, 2010, the Los Angeles County coroner stated that the primary cause of Murphy’s death was pneumonia, with secondary factors of iron-deficiency anemia and multiple drug intoxication. On February 25, 2010, the coroner released a report stating that Murphy had been taking a range of over-the-counter and prescription medications, with the most likely reason being to treat a cold or respiratory infection. These included “elevated levels” of hydrocodone, acetaminophen, L-methamphetamine and chlorpheniramine. All of the drugs were legal and the death was ruled to be an accident, but the report observed: “the possible adverse physiological effects of elevated levels of these medications cannot be discounted, especially in her weakened state.

The uncanny death of Murphy’s widower, Simon Monjack occurred five months later in nearly identical circumstances.  Such a curious happening, as usual in such stories, curiously didn’t excite much curiosity in the authorities, particularly the Los Angeles coroner’s office.

On May 23, 2010, her widower Simon Monjack was found dead at the same Hollywood Hills residence.[43] In July 2010, Los Angeles Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter stated that the cause of his death was acute pneumonia and severe anemia.

As it stands, the Corporate Media and the celebrity culture press are arguing over the non-essential questions while seeming to leave the main dots for readers to connect themselves.  Ridiculous theories have been intentionally trotted out–so that even the most dim-witted of readers are able to dismiss them.

Idle Speculation:  Department of Homeland Security and other Conspiracies

With all of the deception and disinformation surrounding this story, there are a few things we know.  From those few things, some speculation can be formed.

1- Brittany Murphy and her husband, Simon Monjack, died under suspicious circumstances.  The way in which they both died, as well as the time frame, left many questions in the minds of readers.  Some might speculate that this was an intentional result of the manner the deaths occurred and the obviously perfunctory coroner’s report.

2- Brittany Murphy did sue the Department of Homeland Security over what she claimed was a “falsified report.”  This has been confirmed in the media by a friend who was a “whistleblower” at the DHS.  Readers are immediately to suspect a “cover-up!”  Which is always suspicious in itself when the Corporate Media leads the charge–even if it appears that they are dragged reluctantly, kicking and screaming, to the story–to shine the light on such a “cover-up.”  Nothing excites the readers’ interest like a “cover-up” uncovered.  Everybody loves a mystery!

3- The claimed reason for the DHS investigation, the “whistleblower’s” whistleblowing and the resultant lawsuit was the claim that “terrorists” of the Muslim variety were let into this country under the guise of being refugees.  We’re led to believe that this was due to the incompetence of DHS.  While big government agencies can certainly be incompetent, more often than not, “incompetence” is a far easier charge to beat than “intentional criminal behavior.”

That’s one big reason so many government agencies plead to “incompetence.”

4- By a great and mighty coincidence, the same morning that the toxicology reports began to gain traction in the Corporate Media, ABC News released the following report:  US may have let dozens of terrorists in the country as refugees.

While the drums for this story will likely be ceaselessly beat upon, what could be done to ensure that this story sinks into the American consciousness?  What might be done to guarantee an endless stream of Corporate Media stories on such a narrative?

Idle speculation and conspiracy theorists would wonder: how about if one Brittany Murphy, a popular starlet, was obviously sacrificed as part of a conspiracy to ensure that this story got wide play in the parts of the culture that would not normally pay attention to it when it appeared in the regular news?

It does happen.

Though those speculations most usually come from the fevered brains of only the most dedicated conspiracy theorists.

One may be tempted to ask: why the interest in this story from a prophecy website? Are we just swept along by the whole celebrity culture like so many others in 2013 America?

Answer: We’re interested in this story because of the underlying narrative. The Corporate Media desperately wants Americans to know that there are Muslim terrorists in the USA. That is one of the underlying narratives running through the Brittany Murphy poisoning story.

What’s to come in the days ahead?

Again, only idle speculation can answer that question.  Perhaps the conspiracy will unravel in such a way as to suggest that someone–the intrepid press will likely never know who–at DHS did indeed murder young Brittany Murphy and her husband.  There may even be a stage-managed “investigation” to “get to the bottom” of the whole story.

But, at the end of the day, it will be all about how DHS has been letting Muslim terrorists into this country–and who knows what future mischief Muslim terrorists can get into?

And that is where this narrative stands today.

Stay tuned.  One suspect there will be more.

Much more.

Top Priority: The Terror Within (2012)

Federal officer with the Department of Homeland Security discovers a national security breach related to the entry of 23 aliens from terrorist countries (Special Interest Countries) into the United States, allowed to enter the country without proper scrutiny. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner, former head of the DEA, Robert Bonner can't afford any more media scrutiny, since his incompetence was already exposed in the NASA 'Challenger' disaster. To avoid the scandal, the full might of the government is unleashed against Julia Davis, her family and witnesses. Having followed protocol to make her whistleblowing disclosure, Julia Davis is subjected to retaliation of the unprecedented magnitude, including malicious prosecutions and the use of helicopters and airplanes for warrantless surveillance. After being confronted with irrefutable evidence of gross government misconduct, the Department of Homeland Security quietly settles the case.

First, before you decide to call somebody “nutty”, maybe you should actually do your homework. She not only worked for DHS, but had “Excellent” reviews, and was awaiting an opening in the FBI. She was doing her job, according to standard operating procedures, and filed a report about individuals, that had been let into the country, that should have either been detained, or rejected, all together. SOP requires that this information be reported to the FBI, as she did.

The problem lies in the fact that Federal agencies do not like to lose face, especially when it is that serious. And, do yourself a favor, inform yourself with the facts. File a Freedom of Information request about the assault on Julia’s own residence, that included operators “fast roping” from blackhawks. Not to mention, the mass of heavily armored, and armed soldiers, known as federal law enforcement, that swarmed their residence in the raid.

And, knowing first hand what the feds are more than willing to do, nothing is out of the realm of possibility. ALWAYS, QUESTION EVERYTHING! Education of the facts, and not what the media, agencies, and idiots, spout off, is the true path to power. The power of knowledge, based on the truth and facts!

My theory is that this woman is being deliberately promoted by the very same elements within the US Government that are encouraging Muslim aliens to cross the border into the USA. The goal of the strategy is to discredit anyone who points out that Muslim aliens are crossing over into the USA. The idea is that anyone who points this out must be a "nutjob" just like Ms. Davis.

Call it a “conspiracy within a conspiracy.” Sure it sounds off-the-wall, but the seeming absurdity of my idea is what makes the whole strategy so devious. But it’s not as crazy an idea as you might think.

Let’s start with the premise that there ARE elements within the US Government that want Muslim aliens to infiltrate US society. Do you agree with that? If so, move to the next step below. If not, ask yourself what the US Government has been doing to STOP Muslim aliens from crossing into US borders? If you’re honest and informed about this issue, your answer would have to be “not much.”

Moving to the next step, because there are elements within the US Government that have this policy, eventually there are going to be people, such as Debbie, pointing out what is really going on. Left unchecked, some people will begin to ask, “Why is this happening, and what is the US Government going to do to stop it.”

Now, because this is actually an unspoken policy, the elements advancing this policy don’t want people asking such questions. To help stop people from asking those questions, the best strategy is to simply discredit the entire idea. And what better way to do that than to hijack the idea that Muslim aliens are permitted to enter the USA and then painting those advancing this information as total nutjobs?

Maybe I’ve been reading too many spy novels, but the idea makes sense to me and would explain why such people as Ms. Davis get major media coverage, while the major media won’t cover credible sources.

The problem with the Julia Davis story is that it is UNBELIEVABLE, but sadly, true.

I watched the movie and kept waiting for it to be over because I couldn’t believe the amount of retaliatory measures against Ms Davis.

The only thing that makes sense is that the 2nd Bush election was at stake and Bonner had to shut down any appearance of Homeland Security lapse. I don’t know why these 23 watchlisted people were let in. That would be a real conspiracy theory. But they were. I think if there is any conspiracy, it is that the Bush administration was very good for defense contractors and information gatherers. His retinue could give a rat’s _ss if Americans were killed or not as long as their pockets were lined. They stole money from the American tax payers just as surely as the banks did.

We are in seriously oppressive times.
