So who is going to make a killing from Swine Flu? GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), the company who resides in the nation that has been pushing hard for forcing vaccines on people.

GSK is an English company, and it looks to me that this scare is one way the Brits hope to fill up the coffers of one of its larger corporations.

So who owns GSK? Its major institutional investors include a major stock fund (Dodge and Cox), the Royal Bank of Canada, State Street Global Advisors, Wachovia, Bank of New York, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, to name a few. More here.

Now perhaps you can understand why this scare looks more and more like a stealth bailout and less and less like a legitimate health crisis, to those old eyes.

Who else is GSK tied into? How about the Sanger Chromosome 22 Institute. What do they do? They were the ones who did the work on the Human Genome. They know all the the soft points in a humans genetic makeup. You know who Sanger was, don't you?


Now you know.

If you are going to do a search to find the link between Sanger Chromosome 22 and GSK, you won't find anything. You will have to do one on the Wellcome Trust; or just go to Wikipedia and what you need to know is in the box in the upper right hand corner. There the link is perfectly clear, as GSK was founded by a merger of Glaxo Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham.

Who is the Wellcome Trust? The ones who own the Sanger Institute.

Perhaps now some of this artificial panic is more understandable.

Dead Microbiologists

Who was killing all of these scientists and why? I do not know all the answers but I will leave you with some interesting thoughts that will change how many of you view the current Swine Flu crisis.

First, it is impossible to discuss this without talking about the development of bio-weapons. Most of your major powers have a biowarfare capability. Russia, China, U.S., UK, France, South Africa - they all have them, though they may vehemently deny it, as they are signatories to treaties that ban such weapons. But they have them. America has them. Do a word search on Ft. Detrick and bioweapons and you will get the encyclopedia. You can start with the much maligned Wikipedia.

So don't let anyone out there tell you these things don't happen in America. When I was young, I too believed in Santa Clause and the Sugar Plum fairy.

Then I grew up.

There are two viable explanations for the deaths of all of these men.

First is that they knew something and had to be gotten rid of (by their employer or own governments) or had outlived their usefulness.

The second explanation I think is more tenable. That is that certain nations with a geopolitical rivalry with the West wanted to ensure that the West's biowarfare capability remained inferior to their own, and thus began a program of targeted assassinations of brilliant minds. Some, whose knowledge and expertise were needed, were kidnapped and sequestered in secret laboratories; they will work there until they die.

What I am going to share with you now is some heavily redacted information that only a few are aware of but will help some of my wiser readers not to get swept up in the usual anti-government furor based on just a little solid, basic information but an overdose of imagination.

First, Swine Flu was not originated in the U.S. or any of its corporations. The source did not originate here. This is NOT a secret government disease used for ulterior motives. Yes it is was genetically manufactured and is artificial, but not made in the U.S.

For those of you who do not know, we are not the leaders in the development of these kinds of weapons - others are light years ahead of us. This does NOT mean that our government (rather, those in control of our government) won't use the crisis (and vaccines) for those same purposes. It only means that the cause (of Swine Flu itself) did not originate here.

I know that this is not what a 1001 conspiracy sites, blogs, and news groups are saying; and many of you have grown to trust them over the years. Many are hard working, dedicated people who are trying to get the truth out. But at times, their suspicion of the government (well deserved) and imagination gets the better of them. They do not have those critical data points that puts the picture together for them, and thus have to rely on that imagination. The sad part is that, usually, their imaginations are not far off the mark.

I cannot tell you which nations are involved. But here is what I will do. I will draw you a mental map to help you.

Nation X is the nation responsible for the delivery of the virus to Mexico, which was (hoped) to have been spread to the U.S.

This is a very dangerous virus; and while we have been lucky do far, it still has the potential to kill a lot of people.

So far the plan has not worked and has had a deliterious effect on nations that otherwise were not on Nation X's 'target list.' In other words, so far this has been a major blunder.

When tracking down this information, some extremely adept individuals had to travel to many lands to get this story and, sadly, a couple of people died soon after talking with these people. They came up with this.

Nation X has a long term plan to undermine America. The plan is not quite in its final stages, but is in its later stages. Nation X began kidnapping scientists years ago, and not all of them from the West.

The signatures of this virus are not typical of Nation X. They are very much more in keeping with some work done in Nation Y. In fact they are almost a carbon copy of work done by two men have been missing for years from Nation Y.

Nation X has these scientists working for them now under duress. So when people started to take the virus apart, it looked like it came from Nation Y. It did not; it came from Nation X.

How do I know this? Let us just say that a former cabinet level official confirmed some of these facts when he had a sample of the virus run through an electron microscope at one of America's most prestigious medical facilities. Another well-placed person who knows how to get hard-to-get information, got the rest. The evidence is pretty damning and almost incontravertable.

Now for the thousand dollar question. Does the President know this? The short answer is no, not officially anyway. He may have his own sources of information, but if he is relying on the intelligence community, the answer is no, he does not know.

This information was discussed in the National Security Council, but the decision was made not to pass it on. Why? Well, without giving away who Nation X is, I can say that nobody wants to offend Nation X; and if somebody did pass this along, a chain of events would ensue that would almost certainly lead to disaster, both personally for those that passed it on and for our nation as a whole.

Besides, Nation X has subverted a good portion of Obama's administration, though he is probably only vaguely aware of just who its agents are and may not be psychologically prepared for this information if someone told him. One look at his advisors tells me this is so.

So in short, I am telling you this so that you do not get swept up in some crazy anti-government furor. I know I have posted an enormous amount of information on these vaccines: it is because it is here that I see a threat as great as the virus itself... a real threat and possibility for serious abuse. The past has shown us that this can and does happen, even in America. This abuse need not be run or even be known by our government. Remember, these vaccines are made by contractors and corporations.

What kind of controls are in place to ensure that certain communities don't have 'special additives' in their doses? I do not know. I wish I did, but I don't.

What will happen to the people who find out 10 years after that their (now) 20-year old daughter is sterile, and that it affects kids who grew up and were inoculated in Watts, Compton or Harlem at staggering levels far exceeding the national average and thus reducing fertility rates? Nothing.

For all intents and purposes, the companies are immune. Thankfully Obama has not given them 100% immunity. They can be sued but only after the HHS secretary gives permission. Then and only them can the people sue. Given the fact that in 2012 the next President is likely to be a Republican, I doubt that Big Pharma would allow such a President to appoint a secretary of HHS that would even consider such a move. Thus the issue is really a moot point. There will be no lawsuits no matter what they put in those vaccines.

It is for these reasons that I caution you on these vaccines. I am most suspicious of the makers and the artificial hysteria that has been generated by this virus. I am even more suspicious of the deep links some of these companies have to the Nazis and in the manufacture of the poisons used in their death camps. I am suspicious of the fact that some of those who sat on the boards of those companies today guide UN health policy.

At the end of World War II, the Nuremberg-tribunal judged Nazis who had committed horrendous crimes against humanity and sentenced them to prison terms. One of those found guilty was the president of the megalithic corporation I.G. Farben, Hermann Schmitz. His company was the largest chemical manufacturing enterprise in the world, and had extraordinary political and economic power and influence with the Hitlerian Nazi state. Farben produced the gas used in the Nazi gas chambers and the steel for the railroads built to transport people to their deaths.

While serving his prison term, Schmitz looked for an alternative to brute force for controlling people and realized that people could be controlled through their food supply. When he got out of prison, he went to his friends at the United Nations (UN) and laid out a plan to take over the control of food worldwide. A trade commission called Codex Alimentarius (Latin for food code) was re-created under the guise of it being a consumer protection commission. But Codex was never in the business of protecting people. It has always been about money and profits at the expense of people.

In 1962, the timetable was set for Codex to be fully implemented on a global level by December 31, 2009. Under Codex, committees were established to create guidelines on such topics as fish and fisheries, fats and oils, fruits and vegetables, ground nuts, nutrition, food for specialized uses, and vitamins and minerals. There were 27 committees in all, creating a huge bureaucracy. Under Codex there are over 4,000 guidelines and regulations on everything that can be put into your mouth with the exception of pharmaceuticals, which are not regulated by Codex. - Natural News

Say what you will, today's global health policy came directly from the Third Reich.

So when I see these big companies, many of them direct descendants of IG Farben, making vaccines that will be used around the world... and in many places it will be compulsory... I simply cannot understate my concern.

Well, enough on that for now.

The swine flu brush of 1976 — some call it a debacle — holds crucial lessons for the government and health officials who must decide how to react to the new swine flu threat in the days and weeks ahead.

The panic in 1976 was due in part to the belief — now known to be erroneous — that the 1918-19 flu pandemic, which killed half a million Americans and an estimated 20 million people worldwide, was caused by a virus with swine components. Recent research suggests instead that it was avian flu — but that seems unlikely to assuage the anxiety over the current outbreak.

The episode began in February 1976, when an Army recruit at Ft. Dix, N.J., fell ill and died from a swine flu virus thought to be similar to the 1918 strain. Several other soldiers at the base also became ill. Shortly thereafter, Wenzel and his colleagues reported two cases of the flu strain in Virginia. “That raised the concern that the original cluster at Ft. Dix had spread beyond New Jersey,” said Wenzel, former president of the International Society for Infectious Diseases.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) solicited the opinions of infectious disease specialists nationwide and, in March, called on President Ford and Congress to begin a mass inoculation. The $137-million program began in early October. Waiting in long lines at schools and clinics, more than 40 million Americans — almost 25% of the population — received the swine flu vaccine. But within days reports emerged that the vaccine appeared to increase the risk for Guillain-Barre syndrome, a rare paralyzing neuromuscular disorder that can be fatal.

More than 500 people are thought to have developed Guillain-Barre syndrome after receiving the vaccine, resulting in death from severe pulmonary complications for 25 people (probably caused by an immunopathological reaction to the vaccine). No one completely understands what causes Guillain-Barre in certain people, but the condition can develop after a bout with infection or following surgery or vaccination. The federal government paid millions in damages to people who developed the condition or to their families.

The 1976 vaccine program was halted in December after 10 weeks, and the pandemic, which some experts estimated at the time could infect 50 million to 60 million Americans, never unfolded. Only about 200 cases of swine flu and one death were ultimately reported in the U.S., the CDC said.

1976: Fear of a Great Plague

On the cold afternoon of February 5, 1976, an Army recruit told his drill instructor at Fort Dix, N.J., that he felt tired and weak but not sick enough to see military medics or skip a big training hike. Within 24 hours, 19-year-old Pvt. David Lewis of Ashley Falls, Mass., was dead, killed by an influenza not seen since the plague of 1918-19, which took 500,000 American lives and 20 million worldwide.

Two weeks after the recruit's death, health officials disclosed to America that something called "swine flu" had killed Lewis and hospitalized four of his fellow soldiers at the Army base in Burlington County.

The ominous name of the flu alone was enough to touch off civilian fear of an epidemic. And government doctors knew from tests hastily conducted at Dix after Lewis' death that 500 soldiers had caught swine flu without falling ill.

Any flu able to reach that many people so fast was capable of becoming another worldwide plague, the doctors warned, raising these questions: Does America mobilize for mass inoculations in time to have everybody ready for the next flu season? Or should the country wait to see if the new virus would, as they often do, get stronger to hit harder in the second year?

Thus was born what would become known to some medical historians as a fiasco and to others as perhaps the finest hour of America's public health bureaucracy.

Only young Lewis died from the swine flu itself in 1976. But as the critics are quick to point out, hundreds of Americans were killed or seriously injured by the inoculation that the government gave them to stave off the virus.

According to his sister-in-law, John Kent of President Avenue in Lawrence went to his grave in 1997 believing the shot from the government had killed his first wife, Mary, long before her time.

Among other critics are Arthur M. Silverstein, whose book, "Pure Politics and Impure Science," suggests President Gerald Ford's desire to win the office on his own, as well as the influence of America's big drug manufacturers, figured into the decision to immunize all 220 million Americans.

Still, even the partisan who first branded Ford's program a fiasco, says now that it happened because America's public health establishment identified what easily could have been a new plague and mobilized to beat it amazingly well.

To understand the fear of the time you have to know something about the plague American soldiers seemed to bring home with them after fighting in Europe during World War I. The Great Plague, as it came to be called, rivaled the horrid Black Death of medieval times in its ability to strike suddenly and take lives swiftly. In addition to the half million in America, it killed 20 million people around the world. It got its name because it was a brand of flu usually found in domestic pigs and wild swine. It was long thought to have come, like so many flus, out of the Chinese farm country, where people and domestic pigs live closely together.

Recent research has shown, however, that the post-WWI flu was brought to Europe by American troops who had been based in the South before they went to war. Medical detectives, still working on the case in the 1990s, determined that a small group of our soldiers took swine flu to Europe and that it spread to the world from there.

How the swine flu got to Fort Dix in 1976 still hasn't been tracked down. At the time, Dix military doctors knew only that a killer flu had made it to the base and that they were lucky more men hadn't died or been sickened seriously.

Weeks after Lewis died, doctors from the Centers for Disease Control and other federal public health officials were meeting in Washington, trying to decide if they should recommend the government start a costly program of mass inoculations.

One doc later told the authors of "The Epidemic that Never Was" that he and others in on the meetings realized there was "nothing in this for the CDC except trouble," especially because a decision had to be made fast to get the immunizations manufactured by the fall.

"...The obvious thing to do was immunize everybody," the doctor said. "But if we tried to do that ... we might have to interrupt a hell of a lot of work on other diseases."

The doctors knew they faced complaints if the epidemic broke out and vaccines weren't ready, as well as criticism if they spent millions inoculating people for a plague that didn't happen.

"As for 'another 1918,' I didn't expect that," the doctor continued in the book. "But who could be sure? It would wreck us. Yet, if there weren't a pandemic, we'd be charged with wasting public money, crying wolf and causing all the inconvenience for nothing ... It was a no-win situation."

By mid-March, CDC Director Dr. David J. Sencer had lined up most of the medical establishment behind his plan to call on Ford to support a $135 million program of mass inoculation. On March 24, one day after a surprise loss to Ronald Reagan in the North Carolina Republican presidential primary, Ford decided to make the announcement to the American public.

Congress still had to appropriate the money, of course, and that wasn't going to be easy. Even before official congressional consideration of the plan was taken up, there were forces arguing against it. Another big hurdle was the drug makers, who were insisting the government take liability for any harmful side effects from the vaccine.

During congressional hearings in the spring and early summer, lawmakers heard some naysayers who noted that the swine flu of last winter never got beyond Dix and that only one death had been reported. The president and his experts prevailed, however, and on Aug. 12 Congress put up the money to get the job done.

The mighty task was put into the hands of a charismatic 33-year-old physician for the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Dr. W. Delano Meriwether, a world-class sprinter who still competed in track meets. Now he was in a race for life, or so he thought. Meriwether was given until the end of the year to get all 220 million Americans inoculated against swine flu.

By Oct. 1, the makers had the serums ready and America's public health bureaucracy had lined up thousands of doctors, nurses and paramedics to give out the shots at medical centers, schools and firehouses across the nation.

Within days, however, several people who had taken the shot fell seriously ill. On Oct. 12, three elderly people in the Pittsburgh area suffered heart attacks and died within hours of getting the shot, which led to suspension of the program in Pennsylvania.

Jersey pressed on with inoculations, however. Through the fall, even as more bad reports about the side effects of the vaccine came out, thousands of mostly older people in Greater Trenton lined up outside health centers, schools and firehouses to get the shot, sometimes waiting for an hour.

One of them was Lawrence's Mary Kent, a 45-year-old mother of two teenage boys who couldn't tie the ribbons on Christmas presents only days after she got her shot at the Trenton War Memorial in early December.

On Dec. 16, increasingly concerned about reports of the vaccine touching off neurological problems, especially rare Guillain-Barre syndrome, the government suspended the program, having inoculated 40 million people for a flu that never came.

By year's end, Jack Kent knew his wife was seriously ill and started reading all about the side effects of the president's flu inoculation, especially nerve problems like those his wife was experiencing. Even before Mary Kent died an invalid at age 51 in January 1982, Kent had joined the hundreds of Americans who filed suit against the government on behalf of children left without a parent due to fatal side effects from the swine flu vaccine. Kent's sister-in-law, also named Mary Kent, recalled the other day that Jack Kent died in 1997 still angrily blaming the government for giving his wife Guillian-Barre, leading to her death.

The swine flu case of 1976 forever reduced confidence in public health pronouncements from the government and helped foster cynicism about federal policy makers that continues to this day. Citing the swine flu fiasco, for instance, one scholar recently authored a report suggesting the threat of AIDS has been similarly overblown.

Yet Joseph Califano, one of the earliest to use the word "fiasco" in describing the swine flu affair, came to the conclusion that it all couldn't have been avoided. Califano, whom President Carter appointed Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare after beating Ford in the November election, said the doctors had no choice but to err on the side of the caution. In "The Epidemic That Never Was," Califano said that faced with the threat of another killer plague with the potential to end millions of lives, the doctors were right to seek an inoculation program.

CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization) are predicting that the H1N1 “Swine Flu” will be back this fall in a new and deadly form.

WHO, after changing the definition to fit current conditions, declared a “Level 6” pandemic in mid-June 2009. Since the organism appears to have been man made, this prediction may be one they can make “accurately.”

They also say that a new vaccine will be ready for deployment at the very time when the H1N1 Pandemic virus circulates around the globe, and are proposing universal (mandatory) vaccination, starting with our most vulnerable: the very young and the very old.

The White House is proposing vaccination for both seasonal flu and H1N1 flu, although the total number of U.S. fatalities to date from H1N1 has reached a total of about two.

State Emergency Medical Powers Acts and Federal legislation, including the Patriot Acts I, II and III, BARDA, and others provide for mandatory vaccination or drugging. No exemptions (religious or otherwise) are provided.

Those who refuse will be classified as felons at the State level, subject to immediate incarceration and quarantine of indefinite length in jails or other facilities reserved for such “vaccine refusers.” In a frightening “Big Lie” propaganda move, those who doubt the effectiveness of unproven, uninsurable vaccines are being called ” Vaccine Resisters” and being equated to a new form of “terrorism.”

Those who refuse at the Federal level will be subject to immediate incarceration and quarantine of indefinite length, probably in FEMA camps set up across the U.S.

That means that untested, potentially lethal vaccines and dangerous drugs like Tamiflu could be forced upon people who do not wish them and who would face incarceration, or worse, if they choose not to accept them. The CDC has said that there would be no exemptions and that there would be “a certain amount of human wastage.”

We reject such vile, anti-human, and anti-human rights views, which we thought had been discredited with the fall of the Third Reich.

Vaccine manufacturers are exempt, thanks to Congress and the FDA, from any legal liability for damage or death from these dangerous, uninsurable drugs. The vaccines produced for the bioengineered H1N1 Pandemic will not have been tested in any meaningful way by the time they are delivered into our bodies and those of our children in the fall of 2009, if the WHO and CDC are to be believed.

The U.S. Constitution prohibits both slavery and indentured servitude, two conditions in which the body of one person is controlled totally by another person, the “master.”

The text of the bill for which we are seeking congressional sponsorship, the Protecting Americans’ Self-Shielding Act (Protecting Americans Act).

Operative language from the proposed Protecting Americans Act:

“In the event of any declaration of pandemic emergency, nothing in Federal law or regulation shall be interpreted by any agency of the United States, or any Court thereof, to forbid self-shielding or self-quarantine at home; nor shall any Federal funds, or materials, supplies and support materials purchased with Federal funds, be expended to remove any person involuntarily from his or her home, place of residence, school, work or other location in order to prevent or interfere with self-or self-quarantine. The Armed Forces of the United States, their agents or any agent of the U.S. Government, Department of Homeland Security, any Department of Public Health, State or local authorities, shall not remove any person involuntarily from his or her home or other location voluntarily chosen for self-shielding or self-quarantine while such person is self-shielding or under self-quarantine.”

ACTION ITEM

Dear Legislator,

I am writing to you on a matter of grave personal concern at the suggestion of the Natural Solutions Foundation, a not for profit humanitarian NGO devoted to health and health freedom, to educate decision makers and to petition for respect for our basic human rights. This letter is regarding the proposed Protecting Americans' Self-Shielding bill.

When the people of this district elected you, we anticipated that, true to your election words, you would protect our well-being and our rights. The proposed enforcement of mandatory treatment, including mandatory vaccines for any alleged "pandemic" condition, is both a violation of that commitment and a violation of my rights to control my own body and make my own health choices.

Both State and Federal legislation now provides for the mandatory vaccination, drugging or incarceration for those who refuse such "treatment."

The hype and hysteria of the media and the distortion of the science of infection and contagion by governmental and international bodies, coupled with the pharmaceutical industry's headlong rush to force yet more profits from vaccines which are untested, uninsurable and dangerous, and from drugs which are known to be both ineffective and unsafe, leads me to write to you to urge you to push back this potentially deadly tide of political pandemic response.

Independent physicians such as Dr. Ron Paul MD, Dr. Rima E. Laibow MD, Dr. Julian Whittaker MD, Dr. Joseph Mercola DO, Dr. John Wilson MD, Dr. William Rea MD, and Dr. William Sears MD, among others, have all warned about the dangers of forced vaccination and the ineffectiveness of such measures to stop infectious disease. Their independent medical opinions must be given great weight while the self-serving opinions of government "experts" who demand forced vaccinations must be discounted as biased.

It is a clear violation of the Constitutional provisions against both slavery and indentured servitude since a free, unindentured or enslaved person may make his/her own health choices, while an indentured servant or slave's body is owned by a master who may make health decisions about the body of the slave, which may be enforced on a compulsory basis.

In addition to the moral and cultural repugnance which mandatory treatment invokes, it violates the rights of citizens and introduces the possibility of harm to them which cannot, under the current legal structure, be recompensed. Vaccination is an uninsurable risk and vaccine manufacturers are immune from liability for dangerous or even deadly products, while vaccines have never been proven to be either safe or effective. On the other hand, even the CDC admits that there are risks of significant proportion with vaccines.

Any "pandemic vaccine" would be untested upon its use as predicted by the CDC and WHO in the fall of 2009. The possibilities for disaster are enormous. Those of us who do not desire these "treatments" should be free to make such a choice with the endorsement and support of the State.

As a person who is neither an indentured servant nor a slave, but a member of your constituency, I urge you in the strongest terms to:

1. Commit to holding fact-finding hearings in the immediate future to evaluate the true status of the pandemic threat and pandemic treatment safety. The Baxter Pharmaceutical incident earlier this year, where annual flu vaccines intended for 18 countries were "accidentally" contaminated by live Avian Flu viruses, must be fully investigated.
2. Commit to putting your efforts toward reversing dangerous legislation and policies, which can endanger the lives and health of the members of your constituency.
3. Provide for sanction-free personal exemptions from proposed mandatory drug or vaccination treatment, instead offering people who do not wish to be so treated the opportunity and support necessary for self-quarantine and self-shield at home, if needed for public safety reasons. Such support would include food, water and communication support, provision of medications or supplies of their choice, and other means which support their choice and safety. This alternative would be far less expensive and socially disruptive than the forced relocation of "vaccine refusers" in violation of the Geneva Conventions.

We demand full recognition of our right to protect ourselves in our own homes.

The H1N1 virus itself has claimed less lives than a normal flu outbreak would be expected to kill, but the architecture of martial law in the form of draconian measures readied to combat a pandemic has been firmly locked into place.

Health authorities are now toning down their apocalyptic predictions of a swine flu pandemic after the virus proved to be milder than originally feared, but officials are warning that a deadlier form of the illness could return in autumn or winter.

The gargantuan fearmongering engaged in by western governments, despite the virus killing just one 23-month-old toddler in the U.S., has set the standard for what we can expect to see when the next outbreak occurs, which officials are already proclaiming will be later this year.

“With pandemics you get two phases. A first that is often very mild and then a much more serious one in the autumn and winter,” said UK Health Secretary Alan Johnson, “So we have to not just deal with this outbreak now, but prepare, perhaps, for a second phase.”

We know now what that preparation will entail - the creation of a vaccine to combat swine flu, which, if recent history is to go by, will be more dangerous than the virus itself. Naturally, the vaccine will be voluntary to begin with, but once another pandemic is unleashed and the fearmongering kicks into warp drive once again, calls for mandatory vaccination will reach a crescendo, and the media are already preparing American to accept that premise.

In addition, the Department of Homeland Security has established an outline of how BATF, FBI, and U.S. marshals will be called upon to impose mandatory quarantines in the event of a widespread swine flu outbreak in the U.S. Under executive order 13375 (amendment to executive order 13295) if citizens attempt to free themselves from “involuntary isolation” they will be subject to a $250,000 fine and one year in jail.

Saturation media coverage of the H1N1 scare has acclimatized people to seeing images of armed soldiers on the streets giving orders and working with the police. Endless images of troops handing out face masks to citizens in Mexico City has entrenched the notion in the minds of the population that troops are there to “help” in times of crisis.

We also learn that “regional governments can invoke 'draconian' powers if the swine flu virus reaches a worst-case scenario, from monitoring people in their own homes to seizing control of entire economies,” according to an AFP report.

The Australian government’s plan “allows for 'extraordinary measures' including the power to manage the supply of goods and services, giving it effective control over the economy,” states the article.

The swine flu virus has proven less deadly than the common cold in Britain and the U.S., yet the media is still awash with stories about school closures, cancelled events, and every little detail about each individual case. Why is this still even in the news? Would it normally be a major national news story if you got the sniffles?

The swine flu hoax has been a perfect beta-test for how the media will hype doomsday scenarios when the next pandemic occurs.

Governments could not have established such draconian response plans without the aid of media scaremongering, and now that these measures have been set in stone, we can only wait for them to be fully enacted the next time a deadlier outbreak occurs, as officials are so enthusiastic to promise.

Plans for Mass Graves Confirmed: Government Surveying Cemetery Readiness for Flu Outbreak

The State of New York Division of Cemeteries has sent out "Mass Fatality forms" to cemeteries in that state to collect data about their ability to deal with the high volume of casualties that would occur if their were a flu pandemic or other disaster. The form letter that this office received was dated April 4, 2007 (PDF), so clearly preparation for such disasters has been ongoing for some time.

Along with other data, cemetery officials were asked in this survey:

"Should a prolonged mass fatality disaster or pandemic flu occur in your community would your cemetery be able to provide temporary or permanent internment space for a significant number of disaster or flu deaths in additional to your current burial services?"

Cemetery owners were also asked to detail the business structure and capacity of their facilities, including proximity to roads, train lines and airfields. The Division of Cemeteries requested data to calculate the number of acres that could be made available "at 950 graves per acre."

It is clear that emergency and disaster forces are being mobilized at the state and federal level. There is no data to predict what disasters could come – forces of nature, false-flag attacks, biological attacks/flu outbreaks, quarantines etc. However, a pattern of data including news items, reports, photos and tips have all pointed to an incremental gearing up for a cataclysmic situation that includes mass casualties.

Whether it is half a million plastic coffin liners videotaped at a truck depot, or massive expansion at dozens of cemeteries across the country, or FEMA and Homeland Security agents preparing for an avian bird flu outbreak, it is clear that government agencies are expecting something to happen, and their agencies are expanding in accordance.

As previously reported, a number of incidents have demonstrated a federal preoccupation with a mass casualty incident – and it started before 9/11 ever happened.

The state of Colorado issued an executive order in 2000 asserting its authority to bury victims in mass graves and/or cremate bodies under emergency situations. Jim Erickson of The Rocky Mountain News reported February 8, 2003 that:

The state of Colorado could seize antibiotics, cremate disease-ridden corpses, dig mass graves under extreme circumstances, and executive orders drafted for use in the event of a bioterrorism attack.

D.H. Williams reported in February on an Indiana county municipal official who received detailed requests from FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security in regards to locations for mass graves, preparations for regional refugees, preparations for economic collapse, and budget cuts under a GM collapse, as well as the locations of major installations, emergency assets, and more.

The official says that he became concerned about the intentions of the FEMA and DHS officials after repeated meetings where scenarios were discussed that included a bird flu outbreak as well as fires, floods and earthquakes.

The authorities have warned in their white papers that United States could face rioting; financial collapse seems very possible; and now it is clear that preparations include widespread death and emergency conditions. What do they see coming?

During the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) Summit in Montebello, Canada in 2005, the “three amigos” (Bush, Harper and Calderon) released “North American Plan for Avian and Pandemic Influenza,” described as a “collaborative North American approach that recognizes that controlling the spread of avian influenza or a novel strain of human influenza, with minimal economic disruption, is in the best interest of all three countries.” The plan outlines how “Canada, Mexico and the United States intend to work together to prepare for and manage avian and pandemic influenza.”

Ban Ki-moon said the Mexican flu outbreak is the “first test” of the “pandemic preparedness work undertaken by the international community over the past three years.”

It was hardly a coincidence that at the same time the U.S. Northern Command, or NORTHCOM, created a webpage dedicated to avian flu and subsequently ran exercises in preparation for the possible use of U.S. military forces in a continental domestic emergency involving avian flu or pandemic influenza.

In 2006, NORTHCOM held an international exercise with more than 40 international, federal, and state agencies “designed to provoke discussion and determine what governmental actions, including military support, would be necessary in the event of an influenza pandemic in the United States.” In addition, NORTHCOM participated in a nationwide Joint Chiefs of Staff-directed exercise code-named Exercise Ardent Sentry 06 to rehearse cooperation between Department of Defense and local, state, federal agencies, and the Canadian government.

In 2005, then president Bush shifted U.S. policy on avian flu and pandemic influenza and placed the U.S. under international guidelines. “The policy shift was formalized Sept. 14, 2005, when Bush announced a new International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza to a High-Level Plenary Meeting of the UN General Assembly in New York,” Jerome Corsi wrote in September, 2007.

“The new International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza was designed to supersede an earlier November 2005 Homeland Security report that called for a U.S. national strategy that would be coordinated by the Departments of Homeland Security, Health and Agriculture.”

In other words, any U.S. response to an avian flu pandemic would be directed under WHO, WTO, UN and NAFTA directives. Congress and U.S. agencies would be cut out of the picture. “The UN-WHO-WTO-NAFTA plan advanced by SPP features a prominent role for the UN system influenza coordinator as a central international director in the case of a North American avian flu or pandemic influenza outbreak,” Corsi adds.

Dr. David Nabarro, WHO executive director of sustainable development and health environments, was appointed the first UN system influenza coordinator. In 2005, Nabarro said during a press conference that his number one priority was to prepare for the H5N1 virus, known as the avian flu. Nabarro played into the global fear that an epidemic was inevitable.

“I’m not, at the moment at liberty to give you a prediction on numbers, but I just want to stress, that, let’s say, the range of deaths could be anything from 5 to 150 million,” said Nabarro. On March 8, 2006, during a UN press conference Nabarro predicted an outbreak of the H5N1 virus would “reach the Americas within the next six to 12 months.”

On Monday, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon stoked the fear of a global flu pandemic. He said the Mexican flu outbreak is the “first test” of the “pandemic preparedness work undertaken by the international community over the past three years.” Ban Ki-moon said if “we are indeed facing a pandemic, we need to demonstrate global solidarity. In our interconnected world, no nation can deal with threats of such dimension on its own.”

For Ki-moon and the global elite, “global solidarity” in “our interconnected world” translates into yet another push for world government. Ki-moon’s dire warning falls on the heels of the G20 summit where plans were announced for implementing the creation of a new global currency to replace the U.S. dollar’s role as the world reserve currency. British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and others repeatedly called for “global governance” and a “New World Order.”

The current flu pandemic hype serves as punctuation mark between the G20 held in London and the upcoming one to be held in Italy in June. “The G20 summit has agreed to try to kick start stalled Doha trade liberalization talks at the next G8 meeting,” Reuters reported on April 2. So-called “trade liberalization” is code for the neoliberal plan to “privatize” public and private industries around the world, impose “flexibilization” of labor markets (create massive unemployment), “deregulate” consumer and financial markets, and foster foreign buyouts, layoffs, wage cuts, transient employment, higher prices, and potentially destabilizing capital flows.

As noted by the Eagle Forum in October, 2007, the SPP’s North American Plan for Avian and Pandemic Influenza “is not only about combating a flu epidemic but is far-reaching in seeking control over U.S. citizens and public policy during an epidemic.” The Plan would give authority to international bureaucrats “beyond the health sector to include a coordinated approach to critical infrastructure protection,” including “border and transportation issues.”

On April 26, Infowars covered the Department of Defense’s “Implementation Plan for Pandemic Influenza” that proposes nothing less than the militarization of health care, military augmentation of civilian law enforcement, and the mass vaccination of the population as directed by the government.

Ki-moon, the United Nations, and the globalists, with the participation of the globalist-dominated corporate media and the ruling elite in Mexico, are hyping the flu outbreak as a possible pandemic in order to sell us their scheme for world government.

It is an ongoing process.
