They're Laying the Groundwork for Tracking and Controlling Us with Microchip Implants

Alex Jones interviewed Hollywood producer and documentary filmmaker Aaron Russo on January 29, 2007 (seven months before his death from bladder cancer). Aaron explained that, through his growing popularity, he met Nick Rockefeller and became friends. Aaron described the astounding admissions of Nick Rockefeller, who told him that the global elite's ultimate goal was to get everyone microchipped so that they could have total control. Nick explained the New World Order agenda for absolute power, which includes a total cashless society and an "RFID chip" to control peoples' money and to track them. Nick told Aaron that "if someone got out of line, they would just turn off their chip." [Aaron Russo met Nick Rockefeller in 1998. He and Rockefeller's friendship ended before September 11, 2001. He was diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2002 and died on August 24, 2007.]

Why Your Government Will Implement the RFID System Upon You

By SkyRiver.org

Of all who are working to bring our nation into a cashless monetary system, the desire to do this is greatest in the hearts of those who would rule over us and the world. These who dream of absolute power over the masses realize that in order to achieve their goal, it is necessary to have absolute control of the world’s economic system. Tyrants know that if they can effectively separate every individual from his or her wealth, requiring the approval of the system for every financial transaction, that they can control the world. They have been, and are, continually working to develop and implement this system.

While banks, businesses, and others will gain financially from an electronic cashless monetary system, government will exponentially increase its power over the people. The people who wield power within government are those who are most able to effect this fundamental change in the way the world does business. This is because it will be those in government who will determine, by law, the type of system that will be used to control buying and selling and the form of currency that will be used.

Let us consider a few of the reasons why those who desire power over others want to implement a system of trade that they can control completely.

“Government” Money

Since government does not produce wealth, it must take the money it needs to operate by taxing those who produce wealth; that is, those who work. The innumerable layers of taxes that have been heaped on the American worker have caused him to render unto Caesar much of his hard earned wealth. Not only is the worker’s income taxed by the federal government, but in most cases he must pay taxes on his income to the state and sometimes even to the local government. Property taxes must be paid regularly if he wants to keep his property. Other taxes are imbedded in the cost of the goods and services and are paid by the consumer when an item is purchased. Then there are sales taxes that must be paid to state or local governments when an item is purchased.

All taxes are paid to the government, and while few people know it, all taxes come out of the pockets of those who produce wealth — again the workers. While we like to think of ourselves as “the land of the free”, the truth is that there is almost nothing we can do that isn’t either taxed, or regulated in some way by some level of government.

The Income Tax and Power

The income tax system as it now exists is one of the most burdensome, corrupt, confusing, and oppressive methods of taxation ever devised by man. One reason for this is that the system is used not only for the collection of money to operate the government, but it is also a mechanism by which those who are in power may increase their power. It is so complex that it is understood by no one. It is easily manipulated by those who write the laws and has been used by politicians to reward friends and punish enemies.

Over the years, it has metastasized so that its tentacles now reach into every part of our lives, and the farther it reaches the more it controls.

From time to time many have suggested, and some have worked very hard, to replace this monstrosity with tax systems that would be simpler and less intrusive. All of these attempts have failed. The reason every attempt to replace the graduated income tax with some other form of taxation has failed can be summed up with one word: power.

The graduated income tax gives those who control it the power to control every segment of the economy and thereby the ability to control every part of our society and even the behavior of individuals.

At this time a wonderfully simple and much fairer method of taxation, called the “Fair Tax”, has been proposed. It is probably the best thought out and fairest form of taxation yet offered. Even though it would enable our economy to grow by leaps and bounds and would increase our liberty and privacy, it too will fail to be adopted because it would reduce the power of those who use the present system of taxation to oppress and control the people.

Under our present system of taxation, every part of a person’s life is open to the government. The requirements of reporting income and expenditures for tax purposes creates a record of a company’s or an individual’s life. The government requires that any and all information that is demanded by the tax collecting agencies be supplied to them. This information gives the government the ability to examine not only a person’s financial dealings but their personal and political lives as well.

With the present system, there are various tax rates, deductions, exemptions, and tax credits, enabling those who write the tax laws to exert forces upon the economy, society in general, organizations, and even the individual. Sometimes this is done in order to force industry and individuals to make decisions based upon tax considerations rather than what would otherwise be best for the business or the individual.

The power to reward friends and punish enemies is perhaps the most misused power derived from this complicated and easily manipulated system. Many favors can be bestowed upon those who support the right party, politician, or program. Much misery and even financial ruin can be visited upon those who don’t. For this reason, all proposals to replace our present tax system with a fairer and simpler tax will fail, and we will be stuck with an oppressive graduated income tax.

Nothing short of a complete collapse of government will cause a change in our form of taxation.

The Collection of Taxes

In order to make certain that people don’t spend their earnings before they meet their tax obligations, employers are required to withhold a portion of each employee’s earnings. The money that is withheld from the employee’s earnings is sent by the employer to the government’s tax-collecting agencies.

This enables the tax-collecting agencies to claim their share of a person’s earnings before the person gets possession of their earnings.

Problems Collecting Taxes

When it comes to the payment of taxes, companies and persons who are self employed operate under a different set of rules. The rules under which a company, or someone who is self employed, are based somewhat on the honor system. This system requires them to pay taxes each quarter based on their estimated income for that quarter. This gives them access to their money before the tax-collecting agencies of the government. This arrangement means that the government must rely on the honest reporting of income by companies and those who are self-employed. It is also gives the dishonest taxpayer opportunity to conceal income. This is especially so when the business is conducted on a cash basis.

Ever since there have been taxes, there have been those who evade the payment of taxes. Government has had to implement enforcement measures to ensure that it collects the amount of money it demands of the people. Those who are charged with collecting taxes are always seeking better and more efficient ways to collect the revenue they believe should be paid to the government. If the government becomes lax in the collection of taxes, then few, if any, people would pay taxes.

The age old problem for governments when it comes to tax collection is that with cash, or some other medium of exchange that allows individuals to deal directly with others, transactions are easily concealed from the government. Many people attempt to conceal profits from the tax-collecting agencies of the government by simply failing to report income. Also, by its very nature, income derived from illegal activities is not reported, unless it is reported as having come from some other activity that is legal.

The fact that there is a great amount of economic activity concealed from the government creates problems in the area of tax collection.

To minimize tax fraud, the tax collecting agencies must develop accounting procedures and investigative methods that will ensure all income is reported. This is a very complicated and costly undertaking, since it requires the creation a huge bureaucracy which must try to monitor all economic activity.

If tax-collecting agencies had a way of knowing about every transfer of money or goods from one entity to another, tax fraud would be eliminated. This would result in a huge windfall of money for the government as a result of increased collections.

Tax evasion, though, can never be entirely eliminated as long as our present economic system is in place, because financial transactions can still be conducted privately by the use of cash, or the transfer of other items of value.

No Place to Hide Wealth

Once the cashless monetary system is in place, hidden cash transactions will no longer be possible because cash will no longer exist. All financial activity will take place within the computers of the new electronic economic system. Every financial transaction, no matter how small, whether it involves funds credited to, or debited from a person’s account, will be known by the government. All income and expenditures will be carefully monitored and examined by the government’s computers. The tax-collecting agencies will know all there is to know about every company’s or individual’s financial dealings. They will know the sources of all income. They will also know when, how, and where all money is spent. This will ensure that taxes are paid on all income.

Such a system will enable governments to subject everyone to a continual financial strip search.

Instant Tax Collection

Since all currency will consist of electronic credits that cannot be removed from the system, the tax-collecting agencies will no longer have to depend on voluntary reporting of income by companies or those who are self-employed. The government will not have to rely on the honesty of those who are reporting income.

Tax-collecting agencies, by the use of computers, will be able to immediately calculate for themselves the amount of tax owed by companies and the self-employed. This will be done by comparing revenues to expenditures. Once the amount of tax owed is determined, the amount will be automatically debited from the financial account of the person or business. This will enable the government to claim the taxes that it determines are owed on a more frequent basis than the present quarterly system.

Tax payments will be transferred from the taxpayer’s account to the government as frequently as the tax-collecting agencies desire. This means that the government will be able to confiscate money on a daily basis instead of quarterly, if this is the desire of those who collect taxes. This will prevent a company or an individual from coming up short when taxes are due. These features of the cashless system will eliminate the problem of delinquent tax payments. It will also eliminate tax evasion.

Maintaining the Money Supply

Manufacturing paper currency and coins is a very expensive task. Physical currency must be designed and manufactured in such a way as to make counterfeiting as difficult as possible. It must also be manufactured in sufficient quantities to supply the demand of the economy. Since physical money wears out with usage, recalling and replacing worn currency is a continual process. Distribution of money once it is created is expensive in that it must be transported, and security must be provided as it is moved from the treasury to the banks.

Since much of our economy’s business is already transacted electronically, only a portion of the money that is presently in circulation actually exists as paper currency and coinage.

Those who control the monetary system know that elimination of all paper money and coins is necessary in order to obtain the power they desire. This transition is already well underway.

First of all, the creation of electronic credits is much easier and faster than creating physical money. Creating electronic credits and adding them to the money supply is a very simple task that could be accomplished with a few keystrokes on a computer’s keyboard or by a program that will make automatic adjustments to the money supply. It does not involve the purchase of expensive paper, inks, or metal as does the creation of physical money. It does not require complicated and expensive printing presses or dies. It also eliminates the lag between the decision to adjust the money supply and the actual adjustment.

Electronic currency is not subject to wear and tear so it never needs to be replaced. While physical money must be transported from place to place, electronic currency is moved instantaneously to any place on earth through communication networks.

By eliminating paper currency and coins and replacing them with electronic currency, the huge expense of creating and maintaining the physical money supply will be eliminated.

Controlling the Economy through Wage and Price Controls

Since all commerce will be conducted within the closed electronic monetary system, wages, the prices of all goods and services, as well as the profit margins of companies could be set at particular levels or within certain ranges.

In the past we have seen attempts to control prices. Energy and rent are examples. Although this practice has been proven to be flawed, there are still many who subscribe to the notion that the pressures of supply and demand can be regulated in this way.

With a closed monetary system, controlling wages and prices will be very easy, and the temptation to use this power to attempt to control inflation and other economic pressures will be too great to resist. Since all transfers of funds must be approved by the system, any wage, price, or profit margin that is deemed too high will result in the transaction either being refused or automatically adjusted to be within the allowed limits.

This will be the end of free enterprise and will eventually reduce the availability of goods and services.

Cashless Monetary System + RFID = Absolute Control

The “Holy Grail” of tyrants is to have the ability to force the populous to comply with every command. This goal will be attained when absolute control of all buying and selling is achieved by the convergence of the closed cashless monetary system and the RFID system of inventory control. This will be done by interfacing these two systems so they will perform as one system.

To accomplish this goal requires that the transition to a cashless monetary system be completed, and for all items produced or offered for sale to be identified with RFID chips. This will mean that in order for an item to be sold or for ownership of an item to be transferred from one person to another, it must contain a chip and the item must be registered with a database that is controlled by the government.

This will be done to eliminate any possibility of a black market that might circumvent the closed monetary system of trade.

Once this system becomes operational, buying and selling apart from the closed monetary system will become impossible. Bartering will also be impossible, since ownership of items will be recorded within the system. Money laundering will also become extremely difficult, if not impossible The reason for this will be that since the government will have an inventory of all items produced and all items possessed by individuals, they cannot be sold unless they are deleted from the inventory of one person’s possessions and added to another person‘s inventory.

If an item does not have an RFID chip registering it with the inventory system, it cannot be sold. This will be because when credits are to be transferred from one person’s financial account to another person’s financial account, there must be a corresponding transfer of goods which takes place at the time of sale.

Even items offered for private sale must first be tagged with an RFID chip and then registered with the government‘s inventory system before there will be an authorization of payment to the seller. Unless these steps are performed, the item cannot be sold.

With the closed cashless system in place, those who control the system can implement any law or program they desire.

It will be a simple matter to use the closed monetary system as the engine of social and political change, and as the weapon for enforcement. If a particular activity is deemed to be good by the powers that be, then it will be permitted, or even encouraged. This will be done by allowing the approved activity through the use funds stored within the system.

If an activity is determined to be in inappropriate, for example certain religious or political activities, then the funds that are needed by the individual or group to engage in these activities will be denied.

All expenditures, and therefore every activity, will not only be monitored, but must also meet the approval of the authorities who will control the closed cashless monetary system.

Once the closed monetary and RFID systems are completed and interfaced one with the other, those who would rule the world will have absolute economic power over us, and with this power they will force compliance with their edicts. The cashless/RFID system will enable the ruling elite to do this without a large military or police force.

Selling Point: The Cashless/RFID System Will Reduce Crime

The fact that all financial activity must be conducted within the closed cashless system, including all transactions related to illegal activities, will be a powerful weapon for law enforcement agencies. Criminals will find that they cannot conduct their business out of the sight of law enforcement any longer, since computers will enable the government to identify and then eliminate their illegal activities. Since all buying and selling will be done through the closed cashless monetary system, all income and purchases will be monitored for any suspicious activity.

A negative factor of this is, while the monitoring of everyone’s financial activity can be a very powerful investigative tool which can be used to solve crimes, it can also cause innocent persons to be suspected of crimes they did not commit. For example, if a person purchases a firearm of a particular type and caliber they could become a person of interest in a criminal investigation, if a similar firearm was used in the commission of a crime.

If someone happened to purchase certain household chemicals for cleaning that could also be used as an ingredient in making poisons or explosives, then he or she might be put under surveillance as a possible terrorist. Suppose someone happened to make a purchase at a business near a crime scene at about the same time a crime was committed. They might be suspected of a crime they did not commit.

An almost infinite amount of information could be gathered about an individual simply by analyzing their financial data, and it is frightening to consider how this information could be used against them.

The cashless/RFID monetary system can also be used to do much more than just monitor the financial transactions of individuals. It will also be used to track individuals who are under surveillance or who are accused of a crime.

Of course a person’s identity and location will be revealed whenever they make a purchase, but their location will also be immediately known any time they are within range of any scanner.

As RFID technology is improved, the ability of scanners to detect RFID chips at greater distances will also be improved. The scanning of RFID chips at greater distances will greatly enhance the ability to track people as more RFID scanners are installed in all public places.

In addition to having scanners in businesses and public areas, there will be scanners in every home. There will be no need for authorities to surreptitiously plant scanners in homes, since every home will already have a scanner for making purchases over the phone or internet.

Since people will not have money as they do today to make private purchases, scanners will be installed in every home which will enable people to access their financial accounts in order to transact their personal business. These scanners could be either continuously activated or remotely activated by government agencies to monitor the identity of any individual who is within range of a home scanner. By using home scanners they will be able to determine how many people are present at a given location, who they are, when they arrived, and when they left. Such a network of scanners would be virtually inescapable.

Prior to the requirement of receiving an implanted chip, someone who attempts to evade the system of scanners by leaving their financial transaction card at home will still be tracked. After the network of scanners is in place, the files of all the purchases a person has ever made can be loaded into the tracking system’s computers.

Since all the items a person will have purchased will contain RFID chips, which will be installed at the time the items are manufactured, a person can still be tracked by scanners wherever they go. This will be done by scanning the RFID chips embedded in their clothing or other items they have with them. Since the RFID chips in the items possessed by the subject contain a specific code identifying the items, it will also be possible to have a description of the clothing they are wearing at any given time, and to know what other items are being carried by the person.

Of course, once the implantable chip is required, identifying or tracking an individual will just be a matter of scanning the chip that is in the person’s body.

Electronic Lockdown

In our present monetary system, a person who is accused of a crime can find their financial accounts either frozen or seized by the government. When this is done, the accused can still function economically, though in a reduced capacity.

Until now there have always been ways to operate outside the banking system. A few of the ways this can be done are by using cash that is not deposited into the system, by working for cash, by borrowing money from friends or relatives, or by stealing cash from others.

These alternatives for financial survival will be completely eliminated under the cashless system.

A person will not have physical possession of any currency, because in the cashless system there will be no physical money as we know it today and currency will exist only as electronic credits within computers. All of the money a person has will be deposited in the closed system; it cannot be withdrawn. All of a person’s funds can be frozen or confiscated by law enforcement, and it will be impossible to obtain funds from any other source.

A person who finds themselves in this situation will be an economic non-entity. Without the proper electronic documentation, it will be impossible for a person to find employment. They will not be able to buy or sell. Since they will not have access to or be able to open a financial account of any sort, they will not be able to secure funds needed to live.

Selling Point: “Victory” in the War on Drugs and Other Illegal Activities

The reason the law enforcement will be able to stop the trafficking in illegal drugs and other illegal activities is that the cashless monetary system will enable government to deny payment from one individual to another for any unapproved sale or activity. Money, which will be in the form of electronic credits, must be transferred from the buyer’s financial account to the seller’s account in order to conduct business, legal or otherwise. It will be very difficult to conceal any type of illegal activity when every exchange of currency will take place under the ever watchful eye of the government.

In the example of illegal drug sales, the buyer will not have the ability to pay the supplier for the drugs. If payment cannot be made, then there is no profit to be made from illegal drugs. If there is no profit to be made, then the dealers and suppliers must find another way to make a living. This same principle will impede all manner of illegal activity.

Selling Point: Universal ID Will Benefit Children

When a child is born in a hospital in the United States, it is mandatory that the child be registered and receive a Social Security number before the parents are allowed to remove the child from the hospital. It is but a small step from this requirement that has already been implemented to mandating that every child be implanted with an RFID chip at birth.

One of the reasons that will be given to convince the public that this is a good idea is that an implanted chip would be useful in ensuring that the child receives proper healthcare. For example, a quick scan could make sure that the child’s vaccinations are up to date. It will also enable quick access to a child’s medical records in an emergency situation.

Another reason that will be given to promote the idea of implanting a chip in every child at birth is to prevent kidnappings. RFID tags are already used by some hospitals to prevent the removal of babies from the nursery area. If someone attempts to take a child from the maternity area they must pass through a door that is equipped with a scanner, and an alarm sounds. This system helps prevent kidnappings in a hospital setting. But what about protecting the child when it leaves the hospital?

How about requiring the implantation of an RFID chip in every child before the parents are allowed to take the child home? By doing this, the child would be protected from kidnapping the rest of its life. Any time a child that has been kidnapped is near a scanner, and scanners will be almost everywhere, the child’s implanted chip would be detected and law enforcement would be immediately notified.

Selling Point: Immigration and Border Control

One of the so called hot button issues in America today is the control of our nation’s borders. People from all over the world have sought to come to the United States throughout our nation’s history. This is good for our country, as long as those who come do so legally. The problem is that many who come to America today are not willing to follow the law. Instead of applying for legal entrance into the United States, they choose to sneak into the country and take advantage of our open society.

Not all who enter into the United States illegally are here to work at an honest job. Some are here to further their careers as criminals. Thieves, drug dealers, terrorists, sexual predators, and others who do great harm to our country enter illegally because they know that they cannot pass a background check if they were to apply to come here legally.

Our present system of border control is inadequate to stop criminals and other undesirable people from entering our country. Today a person who manages to get inside the borders of our country can establish themselves financially by purchasing forged paper documents. The underground industry of creating false documents for illegal aliens has grown quite large and is very profitable for those who are willing to supply the demand. Once an illegal alien has a forged birth certificate or social security card, they can then apply for a driver’s license and other forms of documentation that are widely accepted by financial institutions and government agencies with which we all must deal.

One way that those who are in the United States illegally obtain employment is to use a social security number that has been issued to someone else. Many people have discovered that someone has been using their social security number to work and to obtain benefits. Sometimes the honest taxpayer is contacted by the Internal Revenue Service and made to explain why they have not claimed the income that was earned by someone else.

Still others who are in our country illegally choose not to seek documentation. Those who wish to remain anonymous do so to avoid the payment of taxes and the other responsibilities of living in this country. These illegal workers are hired by dishonest employers who pay them less than the free market would otherwise demand, which depresses wages for honest workers, making it impossible for them to compete for the available jobs.

Honest, law abiding employers find themselves at an extreme disadvantage, first of all because they can be easily deceived by someone who is in our country illegally. One way this happens is when the illegal alien assumes the identity of a citizen or someone who is here legally as a documented worker. If the honest employer submits the stolen name and social security number of the applicant to the government for approval, it will come back as being legitimate.

This problem is easily solved by requiring that everyone who is in our country receive an implantable chip. If this is done, then every person will have their government approved identification with them at all times. When someone applies for employment, they cannot claim to be someone else because their true identity will be revealed when their chip is scanned. If they do not have a chip, they cannot be paid.

Another disadvantage for the honest employer in today’s economic system is that the dishonest employer is able to pay his workers less. This is because the business that is using illegal workers does not have the expense of adhering to the employment laws and regulations that are imposed upon the honest business person. They do not provide the illegal workers with workman’s compensation insurance, unemployment insurance, employer social security matching or other required benefits that must be provided to those who are working legally. The employer who hires illegal alien workers does not have to shoulder the considerable expense of record keeping that must be done if they obeyed the law and hired law abiding workers.

When the transition is made from a smart card system of identification to the implantable chip, it will be impossible for someone to steal another person’s identity or to share an identity with someone else.

Our nation’s borders will be more secure with this system than if we built fences along the borders or hired more Border Patrol agents. Our borders would be more secure because even though illegal aliens may succeed in physically entering the United States, they will be shut out of our economic system. There would be a “virtual” fence around our monetary system which could not be crossed by someone who enters our country illegally.

When the cashless monetary/RFID system is in place it will be impossible for someone who has entered the country illegally to obtain the electronic documentation needed to earn a living and participate in our financial system. It will also be impossible to remain anonymous and work outside the system.

Unless an individual has the properly assigned electronic identification, which will be obtainable only through a government agency, they cannot receive monetary payments or make purchases. Someone who is in the country illegally will not be able to work for pay, nor will they be able to buy anything, even those things that are necessary to live.

In the cashless system, monetary credits cannot be transferred from an employer to an employee unless the employee has a financial account within the cashless system. Since the monetary system is cashless, there is no money that can be paid “under the table” to someone who is not part of the system. When all items have been marked with an RFID chip, bartering for labor will also be impossible.

Another problem those in government must deal with concerns those who enter the country legally but then stay longer than their visa permits. In the cashless/RFID system, one’s authorization to buy and sell in our economy could be revoked automatically when the visa expires. This would eliminate the problem of those who would stay in our country illegally. If a person cannot earn a living or buy the basic necessities of life, they will be forced to return to their country of origin. They will be compelled to leave not by laws, the police, or by the Border Patrol, but by economic necessity.

Selling Point: Elimination of Voter Fraud

It seems as if every time we have an election we hear allegations of voting irregularities. Sometimes we hear that some are not allowed to vote because they do not have proper identification. Sometimes people vote more than one time by using someone else’s identity or by registering more than once with assumed names. These problems will be resolved because poll officers will be able to confirm every voter’s actual identification by scanning their implanted chip.

There are no doubt innumerable applications of the cashless/RFID system that will be used by the government that we have not considered. If there are other ways this system can be used to increase the power of those who would enslave us, they will use them.

* * * * * * *

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond,
To receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
And that no man might buy or sell,
Save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
(Revelation 13:16-17)

And the first [angel] went, and poured out his vial upon the earth;
And there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast,
And upon them which worshipped his image.
(Revelation 16:2)

And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him,
With which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image.
These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
(Revelation 19:20)

And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven,
Having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth,
And to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, saying with a loud voice,
Fear God, and give glory to Him; for the hour of His judgment is come:
And worship Him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
And there followed another angel, saying,
Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city,
Because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice,
If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God,
Which is poured out without mixture into the cup of His indignation;
And he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels,
And in the presence of the Lamb:
And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever:
And they have no rest day nor night,
Who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
Here is the patience of the saints:
Here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me,
Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth:
Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.
And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man,
Having on His head a golden crown, and in His hand a sharp sickle.
And another angel came out of the temple,
Crying with a loud voice to Him that sat on the cloud,
Thrust in Thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for Thee to reap;
For the harvest of the earth is ripe.
And He that sat on the cloud thrust in His sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.
And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, He also having a sharp sickle.
And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire;
And cried with a loud cry to Him that had the sharp sickle, saying,
Thrust in Thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.
And the angel thrust in His sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth,
And cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
(Revelation 14:6-19)

"The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels."
(Matthew 13:39)

"Then shall He say also unto them on the left hand,
Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels."
(Matthew 25:41)

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
(Ephesians 6:11)

And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil,
Who are taken captive by him at his will.
(2 Timothy 2:26)

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
(James 4:7)

Be sober, be vigilant;
Because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.
(1 Peter 5:8)

He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning.
For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.
(1 John 3:8)

"Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer:
Behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried;
And ye shall have tribulation ten days:
Be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life."
(Revelation 2:10)

Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He also himself likewise took part of the same;
That through death He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil.
(Hebrews 2:14)

For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
But every man in his own order:
Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at His coming.
Then cometh the end, when He shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father;
When He shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
For He must reign, till He hath put all enemies under His feet.
The last enemy that shall be destroyed is Death.
For He hath put all things under His feet.
But when He saith all things are put under Him, it is manifest that He is excepted, which did put all things under Him.
And when all things shall be subdued unto Him,
Then shall the Son also Himself be subject unto Him that put all things under Him,
That God may be all in all.
(1 Corinthians 15:22-18)

Behold, I shew you a mystery;
We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump:
For the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality,
Then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written,
Death is swallowed up in victory.
(1 Corinthians 15:51-54)

"These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace.
In the world ye shall have tribulation:
But be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."
(John 16:33)

Implantable Microchip Approved By FDA (October 2004)
What Are the Benefits and Risks of Fitting Patients with Radiofrequency Identification Devices
In December of 2004, I was implanted with a VeriChip RFID device. As a physician and chief information officer, I felt qualified to evaluate the medical, legal, moral, and privacy aspects of the device. After using the device for three years, I am not an evangelist for implanted RFID, but I believe it can be valuable for some patients who understand the risks and benefits. My implantation process was simple—a five minute office procedure, which included disinfection of the implant site on my upper right arm, a few cubic centimeters of lidocaine, and insertion of the injector into my subcutaneous fascia. I did not experience pain, bleeding, or any post-procedure infection. The implant is not palpable, does not migrate, and has no physical side effects such as itching, irritation, or changes in skin appearance. The RFID device does not impede my activities; even while rock or ice climbing I have hit the implant site many times without any problems. The device is undetectable by airport security metal detectors and hand scanners.
Homeland Security Gives States More Time to Comply with Real ID Act of 2005
The U.S. REAL ID Act mandates that the various States within the U.S. adopt standards for IDs including connecting data bases, and granting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security "unfetted authority to design state ID cards and driver's licenses. Among the possibilities: biometric information such as retinal scans, fingerprints, DNA data and RFID tracking."
Keeping a Close Eye: Officials increasingly turn to camera networks and monitoring devices for public surveillance
Since passage of the REAL ID Act, RFID technology is being considered for required
security upgrades to state issued driver’s licenses. States and the federal government are also turning to RFIDs and biometrics to track foreigners within our borders and reduce illegal immigration. Biometrics, the study of biological phenomena and statistics, uses human traits such as fingerprints, retinal scans, voice signatures and DNA data sets for identification. Armed with this data, agencies can quickly locate fraudulent documents such as entry visas.
National ID Card FAQ
National ID Cards are a solution looking for a problem.
Get ready for the know all, see all national ID card... plus, plus
Obama and his administration want to know and control everything; namely us. If given the chance, Obama and his crew will morph into place a national ID Card for Workers under the guise of repairing and responding to the Immigration problem. Now, the push is on to quickly create a biometric card, which would have embedded information, personal information and fingerprints. Who cares about that old fossil... privacy rights.
Proposal Sets National Rules for State IDs
Sen. Richard J. Durbin (D-Ill.) outlined legislation that would set national standards for state-issued driver's licenses, permitting rapid data-sharing among certain government agencies. The measure marks Congress's first attempt at a comprehensive overhaul of state identification systems since [the 2001] terrorist attacks.
Administration Plans to Scale Back Real ID Law
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano wants to repeal and replace the controversial, $4 billion domestic security initiative known as Real ID, which calls for placing more secure licenses in the hands of 245 million Americans by 2017. The new proposal, called Pass ID, would be cheaper, less rigorous and partly funded by federal grants, according to draft legislation that Napolitano's Senate allies plan to introduce as early as tomorrow [6/15/2009].
National ID to Be Privatized, Activist Says He Has Docs
A program to standardize state driver’s licenses to create a de facto national I.D. should use a third-party — most likely a private contractor — to verify that a person is eligible for a driver’s license or state identification card, according to a document provided to 27B by a privacy activist.
Move to National ID Cards Delayed
ID Card for Workers Is at Center of Immigration Plan
Lawmakers working to craft a new comprehensive immigration bill have settled on a way to prevent employers from hiring illegal immigrants: a national biometric identification card all American workers would eventually be required to obtain.
Democrats Push for National ID
At least since 9/11, the Democrats have, if anything, been even worse than the Republicans in their push for a national ID. I recall the Bush administration, very early on, dismissing this totalitarian idea, although Bush soon enough signed the Real ID Act into law, with the support of hawkish and anti-immigration conservatives. But the establishment left is also a major threat on this front, and Democrats traditionally get a pass on civil liberties issues, whereas under Republicans there is more populist criticism of surveillance, police powers and the like.
National ID Card: Here We Go Again
As CNET reports, Senators Charles Schumer and Lindsey Graham recently proposed a new identity card for workers in an immigration reform bill. Their proposal would require all U.S. citizens and legal immigrants who want jobs to obtain a "high-tech, fraud-proof Social Security card" with a unique biometric identifier. Regional Social Security offices would have to issue cards with embedded biometric markers.
Dems spark alarm with call for national ID card
A plan by Senate Democratic leaders to reform the nation's immigration laws ran into strong opposition from civil liberties defenders before lawmakers even unveiled it Thursday [4/29/2010]. Democratic leaders have proposed requiring every worker in the nation to carry a national identification card with biometric information, such as a fingerprint, within the next six years, according to a draft of the measure.
Obama & Co. Want National Biometric ID
A bipartisan group of U.S. Senators is teaming up with the Obama administration to legalize illegal immigrants and require biometric national ID cards for every American worker, prompting a swift and bipartisan backlash across the nation. The proposal would unconstitutionally force nearly all Americans to obtain the new "tamper proof" Social Security cards while purporting to require that all employers purchase new $800 ID scanners. It would also provide a "path to citizenship" for the estimated 12 million to 20 million illegal immigrants currently living in America.
Uncle Sam Wants You to Have an Online ID
The Identity Ecosystem would allow Americans to choose to obtain a single authenticated ID for online transactions. Like a passport, this single ID could travel with them online and be used to access everything from e-mail, to online health records and banking information. Furthermore, the Identity Ecosystem would only reveal the least amount of information necessary for each transaction. It is easy to predict how this will evolve into a national ID card: If the online ID successfully identifies everyone (uniquely) on the internet, it will become mandatory for online transactions. When it is accepted as proof of identification at pharmacies, it will become mandatory there, too. Banks — ditto. Once it becomes necessary for license renewal or income taxes, the adoption will be complete.
Civil liberties groups fight biometric IDs
Sens. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) published an article March 19 that outlined several principles they intend to include in immigration reform legislation, and described a requirement for biometric Social Security cards "to ensure that illegal workers cannot get jobs." In response, the American Civil Liberties Union, American Libraries Association and about 40 other groups and individuals wrote to the White House officials and members of Congress on April 13 to urge them to reject a biometric national ID card because the groups claim it would invade privacy, allow for troubling government controls and be risky and expensive.
Democrats' Answer to Illegal Immigration is National ID
The exact wording of the suggestion calls for "improved technology" that will assist ICE in determining eligibility for work in the U.S. While that sounds innocuous enough, later in the document, under the section entitled, "Ending Illegal Employment Through Biometric Employment Verification," [Senator Harry] Reid, et al, set forth their chilling scheme to require all Americans to carry a 21st Century version of the Social Security Card. The national identification card will be embedded with biometric data detectable by federal agents. Specifically, the Reid plan will mandate that within 18 months of the passage of immigration reform legislation, every American worker carry the "fraud-resistant, tamper-resistant, wear resistant, and machine-readable social security cards containing a photograph and an electronically coded micro-processing chip which possesses a unique biometric identifier for the authorized card-bearer."
Show me your papers
All United States citizens may be required to carry a biometric I.D. card! That's not Orwell's Big Brother speaking. Rather Democrat Chuck Schumer (D- New York), and Republican Lindsay Graham (R- South Carolina) have devised new legislation to mandate that every worker carry a government I.D. card to prove his citizenship. The card must be carried every day and may be checked by employers and any governmental authority upon request.
Is a biometric, national ID card an immigration game changer?
The Democrats' immigration-reform proposal (pdf) is 26 pages long. Pages 8 through 18 are devoted to "ending illegal employment through biometric employment verification."
ACLU blasts national ID card proposal
Civil liberties advocates decried a Democratic proposal that would require all workers in the United States to carry an ID card with biometric identifiers.
5 Problems with National ID Cards
Reason #2: An ID card system will lead to a slippery slope of surveillance and monitoring of citizens. A national ID card system would not protect us from terrorism, but it would create a system of internal passports that would significantly diminish the freedom and privacy of law-abiding citizens. Once put in place, it is exceedingly unlikely that such a system would be restricted to its original purpose. Social Security numbers, for example, were originally intended to be used only to administer the retirement program. But that limit has been routinely ignored and steadily abandoned over the past 50 years.
Senators push plan to require all U.S. citizens to carry worker ID cards
There's more talk on Capitol Hill about requiring all U.S. citizens to carry a worker ID card before getting a job. It's part of a major overhaul of immigration policy, and the plan could go before President Obama as soon as this week.
Immigration reform could lead to biometric Social Security card
Two U.S. senators prominent in immigration reform efforts have proposed that all Americans be issued biometric Social Security cards, containing data from either a fingerprint or retinal scan to help employers determine whether the holder is legal. In explaining the only current bipartisan reform proposal, Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., has called such a high-tech Social Security card "a linchpin" in efforts to win support in Congress for fixing an immigration enforcement system that many agree is broken.
Mexico targets money laundering with plan to limit cash transactions
U.S. Treasury Department says increased demand for cash is for underground economic activity
According to the Treasury Department, in 1990 there was $1,105 of currency in circulation for every American. By March of this year, that figure had risen to $2,455, an increase of 122 percent. It is highly unlikely that all of this increase is due to the needs of consumers to buy more goods and services, because per capita personal consumption expenditures only rose by 79 percent over the same period. This suggests that at least 35 percent of the increased demand for cash was for underground economic activity. A further indication that this is the case is shown by looking at the composition of currency in circulation. Since 1990, 84 percent of the increase in currency is accounted for by $100 bills. Such bills now represent 71 percent of the monetary value of all U.S. currency, up from 52 percent in 1990. Average people do not ordinarily use $100 bills, but they are used heavily in the underground economy, which includes drug dealing and other illegal activity. Hence, it is reasonable to assume that the increased demand for $100’s is due almost entirely to an increase in the underground economy.

Futurists Ask: Should All Humans Be Tagged with Microchip Implants?

Where’s Jimmy? Just Google His Bar Code

Scientists currently tag animals to study their behavior and protect the endangered, but some futurists wonder whether all humans should be tagged too.

By Gene J. Koprowski, FOXNews.com
May 14, 2010

Scientists tag animals to monitor their behavior and keep track of endangered species. Now some futurists are asking whether all of mankind should be tagged too. Looking for a loved one? Just Google his microchip.

The chips, called radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, emit a simple radio signal akin to a bar code, anywhere, anytime. Futurists say they can be easily implanted under the skin on a person’s arm.

Already, the government of Mexico has surgically implanted the chips, the size of a grain of rice, in the upper arms of staff at the attorney general’s office in Mexico City. The chips contain codes that, when read by scanners, allow access to a secure building, and prevent trespassing by drug lords.

In research published in the International Journal of Innovation and Sustainable Development, Taiwanese researchers postulate that the tags could help save lives in the aftermath of a major earthquake.
"Office workers would have their identity badges embedded in their RFID tags, while visitors would be given temporary RFID tags when they enter the lobby," they suggest. Similarly, identity tags for hospital staff and patients could embed RFID technology.

Our world is becoming instrumented,” IBM’s chairman and CEO, Samuel J. Palmisano said at an industry conference last week. “Today, there are nearly a billion transistors per human, each one costing one ten-millionth of a cent. There are 30 billion radio RFID tags produced globally.”
Having one in every person could relieve anxiety for parents and help save lives, or work on a more mundane level by unlocking doors with the wave of a hand or starting a parked car -- that's how tech enthusiast Amal Graafstra (his hands are pictured above) uses his. But this secure, “instrumented” future is frightening for many civil liberties advocates. Even adding an RFID chip to a driver’s license or state ID card raises objections from concerned voices.

Tracking boxes and containers on a ship en route from Hong Kong is OK, civil libertarians say. So is monitoring cats and dogs with a chip surgically inserted under their skin. But they say tracking people is over-the-top -- even though the FDA has approved the devices as safe in humans and animals.
“We are concerned about the implantation of identity chips,” said Jay Stanley, senior policy analyst for the speech, privacy and technology program at the American Civil Liberties Union. He puts the problem plainly: “Many people find the idea creepy.”

“RFID tags make the perfect tracking device,” Stanley said. “The prospect of RFID chips carried by all in identity papers means that any individual’s presence at a given location can be detected or recorded simply through the installation of an invisible RFID reader.”
There are a number of entrepreneurial companies marketing radio tracking technologies, including Positive ID, Datakey and MicroChips. Companies started marketing the idea behind these innovative technologies a few years ago, as excellent devices for tracking everyone, all the time.

Following its first use in an emergency room in 2006, VeriChip touted the success of the subdermal chip.
"We are very proud of how the VeriMed Patient Identification performed during this emergency situation. This event illustrates the important role that the VeriChip can play in medical care," Kevin McLaughlin, President and CEO of VeriChip, said at the time.

“Because of their increasing sophistication and low cost, these sensors and devices give us, for the first time ever, real-time instrumentation of a wide range of the world's systems -- natural and man-made,” said IBM's Palmisano.
But are human's "systems" to be measured?

Grassroots groups are fretting loudly over civil liberties implications of the devices, threatening to thwart their development for mass-market, human tracking applications.
“If such readers proliferate, and there would be many incentives to install them, we would find ourselves in a surveillance society of 24/7 mass tracking,” said the ACLU's Stanley.
The controversy extends overseas, too. David Cameron, Britain's new prime minister, has promised to scrap a proposed national ID card system and biometrics for passports and the socialized health service, options that were touted by the Labour Party.
"We share a common commitment to civil liberties, and to getting rid -- immediately -- of Labour's ID card scheme," said Cameron according to ZDNet UK.
These controversies are impacting developers. One firm, Positive ID, has dropped the idea of tracking regular folks with its chip technology. On Wednesday, the company announced that it had filed a patent for a new medical device to monitor blood glucose levels in diabetics. The technology it initially developed to track the masses is now just a “legacy” system for the Del Ray Beach, Fla., firm.
“We are developing an in-vivo, glucose sensing microchip,” Allison Tomek, senior vice president of investor relations and corporate communications, told FoxNews.com. “In theory it will be able to detect glucose levels. We are testing the glucose sensor portion of the product. It will contain a sensor with an implantable RFID chip. Today’s patent filing was really about our technology to create a transformational electronic interface to measure chemical change in blood.”
Gone are the company’s previous ambitions.
“Our board of directors wants a new direction,” says Tomek. “Rather than focus on identification only, we think there is much more value in taking this to a diagnostic platform. That’s the future of the technology -- not the simple ID.”
The company even sold off some of its individual-style tracking technology to Stanley Black and Decker for $48 million, she said.

These medical applications are not quite as controversial as the tracking technologies. The FDA in 2004 approved another chip developed by Positive ID’s predecessor company, VeriChip, which stores a code -- similar to the identifying UPC code on products sold in retail stores -- that releases patient-specific information when a scanner passes over the chip. Those codes, placed on chips and scanned at the physician’s office or the hospital, would disclose a patient’s medical history.

But like smart cards, these medical chips can still be read from a distance by predators. A receiving device can "speak” to the chip remotely, without any need for physical contact, and get whatever information is on it. And that’s causing concern too.

The bottom line is simple, according to the ACLU: “Security questions have not been addressed,” said Stanley. And until those questions are resolved, this technology may remain in the labs.

Will Your ID Soon Be a Microchip Under Your Skin?

By Drew Halley, Singularity Hub
July 2, 2009

Yet another sci-fi milestone is upon us: microchips implanted under your skin and used to identify you.
The VeriChip implant. Photo: Business Week

The VeriChip is the first radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip that’s been approved by the Food and Drug Administration for use in humans. The chip is the size of a long grain of rice, and can be implanted pretty much anywhere in the body (most commonly along the tricep). Depending on how it’s used, the chip could do anything from telling doctors your medical background to buying you a round at the club.

Outside of human bodies, RFID is already used for a wide range of purposes. If you pay highway tolls electronically, that little box in your car has an RFID tag in it. Lots of folks implant their pets with RFID chips in case they get lost, as animal shelters increasingly scan pets for them. Wal-Mart tracks their shipments with RFID, which has apparently revolutionized supply chain management. Hell, there’s even one in your passport.

But why put one inside your body? As interesting as it might be to have your ID show up on an x-ray, most people would rather suffer a line at the DMV than a rice-injection. Sure, it might make for good conversation at a party. But is that worth the needle? What would it take to get one under your skin?

Emergency Situations

VeriChip Corp. markets their product to address what they call “a serious need for personal identification and information in emergency situations.” Over the past two years, the company has piloted their product with 200 Alzheimer’s patients in a Florida facility. Because of their condition, many patients are unable to effectively communicate if they are admitted to the hospital without caregivers present. The VeriChip contains a 16-digit ID number which links the recipient to a secure computer database where their medical information is stored. The chips are used to replace MedicAlert wristbands, which can be removed or damaged.

Most other proposed applications for in-body RFID are medical in nature: providing doctors immediately with a patient’s medical records, or identification if they are unconscious or unable to communicate. Still, these applications require that each hospital contain a computer database to connect an individual’s tag with their information. That’s probably a long way off.

Luckily, the hospital isn’t the only testing ground for RFID chips under the skin. A nightclub in Barcelona called Baja Beach has started offering chip implants to its customers, giving them access to VIP lounges and letting clubbers buy drinks by acting as a debit account. Who wants to carry a wallet or purse when the dress-code is board shorts and bikinis? Baja Beach contracted none other than VeriChip Corp. to fashion their subcutaneous membership cards. I guess last call counts as an “emergency situation.”

In the past, VeriChip Corp claimed their chips could not be counterfeited: if your ID is under the skin, it can’t be so easily stolen. Wrong. At a hacker conference in 2006, Annalee Newitz and Jonathan Westhues showed that they had successfully cloned an RFID chip implanted in Newitz. A home-built antenna let the hackers steal the unique ID contained on the chip, which apparently lacks any sort of security device.

If RFID chips aren’t exactly secure, most people won’t want their social security number contained on one. After all, if a doctor’s office can pull your medical records from the chip (and a hacker can, too) what’s stopping your insurance agency? Or identity theives? That limits the chips to using random numbers, corresponding to useful information on a separate and secure database. And until those databases are standardized and prevalent, having a chip in your body won’t speed up your doctor’s visit very much.

Counter-ID

As you might already imagine, in-body RFID chips have spawned a considerable backlash of protest. The group AntiChips calls the VeriChip “human branding,” especially in the case of the “volunteers” for the program with Alzheimer’s disease. They also claim the chips cause cancer (citing a number of animal studies), and that the FDA approval should be revoked (more info here). There are also a number of additional risks which the FDA already recognizes: tissue reactions, migration of the chip, even the chance that the chip could carry a current from MRI magnets and burn the patient.

And that’s just the beginning. The chips have been called the precursor to a perfect authoritarian state, letting Uncle Sam (or Illuminati, or whoever) track your each and every move. On the other end of the spectrum, some religious groups (well, okay, this one) have implicated the VeriChip in a plot involving the mark of the beast (666), part of a conspiracy theory to rival the most imaginative of left-wingers. Wait, this one too.

But if I can interject my own opinion, I’d say the whole business is a bit overhyped. Honestly, there aren’t really any good applications for in-body RFID. Sure, it could hypothetically improve health-care (if and when the patient is unconscious), but for that system to be effective, every hospital would need to have integrated the chips into their standard procedures. It won’t replace a photo ID in your wallet anytime soon. And unless you’re grinding some PYT* in Barcelona, you’ll probably pay for that Pabst with good old fashioned cash. Take (a) the lack of practical applications, plus (b) legitimate concerns over ID hacking and health risks, and poof! There goes the revolution.

Verichip is Now Called PositiveID

Roll Up Your Sleeve for the Implantable Human Microchip, It’s Now Positive?

By Greg Nikolettos, WeThePeopleWillNotBeChipped
February 1, 2010

As sure as the sun rises, so Verichip keeps spawning and shape shifting to gain market acceptance as people from across the globe unite and reject the IBM seed-funded, Raytheon-manufactured Human Implantable microchip company.

To "mark' a new year, Verichip is now called PositiveID! If you have followed this company's progress, as we have, and cited the damning evidence showcasing a casual link between microchipping and cancer, Verichip is certainly not positive. But in this world of semantics and double speak, no doubt a CEO meeting along with other top execs decided that throwing the word "Positive" in the title would make Alzheimer patients who get microchipped without their consent less hesitant as their sleeve was rolled up in the name of "wander protection.' "Was that a needle?" asks the patient? "No! it was a mosquito bite, you have Alzheimer's, remember?"

What has changed in 2010?

Well, Verichip/PositiveID has a new marketing and media relations company! Just as all actors in Hollywood require an agent to handle their image as they enter the market, so Verichip/PositiveID has decided to do the same.

The company taking over Verichips/PositiveID media relations and corporate communications is Gibraltar, a company who has close ties with the Clinton administration, expertise in biotech, energy. And, of course, as a company who has excellent inroads into government, Gibraltar even has the mandatory Washington office!

Why this recent appointment?

Verichip/PositiveID has been pummeled on the NASDAQ, having been delisted in March 2009, but staging a comeback to have their stock regain NASDAQ Compliance in October 2009. Verichip/PositiveID stock has been crushed from a high of just over $10 down to a humiliating low of $0.24 cents.

Why this backlash?

It's a human implantable microchip, and that does not sit well with the Ma and Pa investor.

  • Who in their right mind invests in a company whose product causes tumors?
  • Who in their right mind invests in a company that microchips Alzheimer patients without their consent?
As Verichip/PositiveID's stock price today indicates, not many individuals, and certainly not investment companies who are minimizing risk in the current economy, would invest.

Regardless of what happens on the stock market, the fact is Verichip is not going away. Why? Because their seed funding originates from the information-giant IBM, who has over 407,000 employees worldwide. Nothing like having a Big Blue Sugar Daddy watching over you in this financial climate, especially one that writes off a $60 million dollar loan to ensure the human microchipping agenda is in place for "future' generations. Sixty million US dollars is chickenfeed to a company who turns over 100 billion US dollars a year.
Yes sir, the IBM Hollerith Machine Punch Card system was very profitable in WWII, cleverly "leased" to the Nazi regime to create enabling technologies to identify and catalog non-compliant peoples.

IBM custom-designed and constantly updated the Hollerith Machine using the punch-card system, and thus Hitler was able to automate his persecution of the undesirables. But let's remember Hitler's Mantra: "Jews are evil, Negros are despicable, Gypsies simply could not stay put, wandering all over the place, and homosexuals, well we all know what filthy acts they get up to!! Hitler's remedy? Zyklon B, the brand name of the cyanide-based pesticide used in the Holocaust gas chambers!

The Zyklon B patents were owned by a little company called IG Farben, who was also in bed with John D. Rockefeller's US-based Standard Oil Co. during the reign of the Third Reich; but that's another story altogether.

Agfa, BASF and Bayer continue today after the buyout of IG Faben Western Assets, showing that you can't keep a good criminal company down. But let's remember, we all need to be more forgiving as BASF manufactured excellent magnetic recording cassette tapes in the 80s-90s as acid-house music merged and fused into techno.
A crash course in Verichip/PositiveID! Buckle Up!

Verichip/PositiveID is manufactured by Raytheon Microelectronics España/ECLAN from Tomahawk Missile fame, thus creating a synergy between the fifth largest defense government contractor and the human implantable microchip.

VeriChip Corporation acquires Steel Vault Corporation to form PositiveID Corporation, thus creating a synergy between identity theft and the human implantable microchip.

VeriChip Corporation acquires credit monitoring company, NationalCreditReport.com, thus creating a synergy between credit monitoring and the human implantable microchip.

Verichip includes the VeriPay System which is designed to be used as a swipe and go payment method for cash and credit-card transactions as seen at the Baja nightclub, thus creating a synergy between "scan and go" electronic payments and the human implantable microchip.

Verichip can be linked to Google Health and Microsoft HealthVault, thus creating a synergy between the Electronic Health Records Government stampede and the human implantable microchip.

Verichip/PositiveID/RECEPTORS LLC manufactures Virus Triage Detection System for the H1N1 Virus, thus creating a synergy between the WHO hyped flu pandemic and the human implantable microchip.

Verichip/PositiveID announced it would expand its HealthID division with a range of products, including an implantable RFID microchip in phase 2 development which can detect glucose levels in the body, thus creating a synergy between HealthCare, Diabetic Patients and the human implantable microchip

Verichip/PositiveID announced it is working closely with HealthScreenDirect, a company that offers screening for diabetes and high cholesterol. We soon predict a cholesterol sensor announcement via the Verichip Receptors alliance, thus creating a synergy between the 106 million Americans who suffer from high cholesterol and the human implantable microchip.

Verichip/PositiveID formed VeriGreen Energy Corporation to invest in the clean and alternative energy sector. Following the recently signed stimulus package, which invested $79 billion in renewable energy, Verichip/PositiveID created a synergy between their new marketing company Gibraltar, the stimulus bill, cap-and-trade, the global warming agenda, and the human implantable microchip.

But relax... after all these acquisitions, name changes and synergies created, Scott Silverman CEO of Verichip/PositiveID states to the market with a straight face:

"Using the chip to relate to the credit-reporting services of NationalCreditReport.com, or even using it for financial transactions" has not been a part of our business model for five years or more, since Sullivan's been gone, and is not part of our business model moving forward."

Scott Silverman continued: "I can tell you that putting [the chips] into children and immigrants for identification purposes, or putting them into people, especially unwillingly, for financial transactions, has [not] been and never will be the intent of this company as long I'm the chairman and CEO."
Greg Nikolettos, founder of 'We The People Will Not Be Chipped Movement,' responded critically:
"Enough of the lies Scott. We have reached breaking point with how your company conducts itself in the market. As people worldwide unite and spend more time researching Verichip and the human microchipping agenda, the more it becomes evident you are a shoe-in for Lying-CEO-of-the-year and for the Verichip to be awarded the Lemon-of-the-Decade product award. Nothing has changed with your market tactics since we released the short film 'Operation Lie and Deceive - Verichip Style,' exposing the companies unethical practises... although we do concede that something has changed: the length of your nose."

The Worldwide Human Microchipping Agenda

"Conspiracy theory" is a term often thrown at the human microchipping issue when it is discussed in the mainstream news to deflect one of the most invasive and dehumanizing psychopathic agendas. The goal? To strip you of your inalienable human rights and reduce you to a 16-digit number that's scanned like a can of chili beans at a supermarket. Could this Orwellian nightmarish agenda ever come to fruition?

Let's pause and reflect on the words of IBM's CEO Sam Palmisano when he addressed the Council of Foreign Relations with the following statement:
"Indeed, almost anything--any PERSON, any object, any process or any service, for any organization, large or small--can become digitally aware and networked."
If you're naïve enough to believe that Verichip and IBM--the world's largest and most profitable information technology company, whose CEO states they want to network humans--is not hunting you and your family down to microchip them, you must be delusional.

For those that can read the writing on the wall, now is the time to support the preventative microchipping Bodily Integrity Act, drafted by RFID expert and privacy advocate Katherine Albrecht, and get it signed into law on a Federal Level in every country across the globe.

With the current Socialism trend in supposedly democratic governments, how long will it be before Government mandates that their citizens will be unable to receive healthcare or access government services unless they get micro-chipped?

The time has come to act now and cut off Verichip at the pass.

Please contact Greg Nikolettos through the We The People Will Not Be Chipped website, as he has drafted templates and will advise you on whom to contact in your country and how to get this legislation signed into law.

The We the People Will Not Be Chipped - No Verichip Inside Movement, is based on the irrefutable fact that mankind has inalienable human rights that are absolute and cannot be debased, nor perverted. Human life cannot be degraded to a 16-digit RFID chip number embedded under you skin under any circumstance. By uniting on this common ground, we can send a strong message to the IBM-funded Verichip that We the People Will Not Be Chipped!

A Massive Human Inventory Is Easier to Control If It Is Microchipped

‘One Generation Is All They Need’

By the time my four-year-old son is swathed in the soft flesh of old age, he will likely find it unremarkable that he and almost everyone he knows will be permanently implanted with a microchip. Automatically tracking his location in real time, it will connect him with databases monitoring and recording his smallest behavioural traits.

Most people anticipate such a prospect with a sense of horrified disbelief, dismissing it as a science-fiction fantasy. The technology, however, already exists. For years humane societies have implanted all the pets that leave their premises with a small identifying microchip. As well, millions of consumer goods are now traced with tiny radio frequency identification chips that allow satellites to reveal their exact location.

A select group of people are already “chipped” with devices that automatically open doors, turn on lights, and perform other low-level miracles. Prominent among such individuals is researcher Kevin Warwick of Reading University in England; Warwick is a leading proponent of the almost limitless potential uses for such chips.

Other users include the patrons of the Baja Beach Club in Barcelona, many of whom have paid about $150 (U.S.) for the privilege of being implanted with an identifying chip that allows them to bypass lengthy club queues and purchase drinks by being scanned. These individuals are the advance guard of an effort to expand the technology as widely as possible.

From this point forward, microchips will become progressively smaller, less invasive, and easier to deploy. Thus, any realistic barrier to the wholesale “chipping” of Western citizens is not technological but cultural. It relies upon the visceral reaction against the prospect of being personally marked as one component in a massive human inventory.

Today we might strongly hold such beliefs, but sensibilities can, and probably will, change. How this remarkable attitudinal transformation is likely to occur is clear to anyone who has paid attention to privacy issues over the past quarter-century. There will be no 3 a.m. knock on the door by storm troopers come to force implants into our bodies. The process will be more subtle and cumulative, couched in the unassailable language of progress and social betterment, and mimicking many of the processes that have contributed to the expansion of closed-circuit television cameras and the corporate market in personal data.

A series of tried and tested strategies will be marshalled to familiarize citizens with the technology. These will be coupled with efforts to pressure tainted social groups and entice the remainder of the population into being chipped.

This, then, is how the next generation will come to be microchipped.

It starts in distant countries. Having tested the technology on guinea pigs, both human and animal, the first widespread use of human implanting will occur in nations at the periphery of the Western world. Such developments are important in their own right, but their international significance pertains to how they familiarize a global audience with the technology and habituate them to the idea that chipping represents a potential future.

An increasing array of hypothetical chipping scenarios will also be depicted in entertainment media, furthering the familiarization process.

In the West, chips will first be implanted in members of stigmatized groups. Pedophiles are the leading candidate for this distinction, although it could start with terrorists, drug dealers, or whatever happens to be that year’s most vilified criminals. Short-lived promises will be made that the technology will only be used on the “worst of the worst.” In fact, the wholesale chipping of incarcerated individuals will quickly ensue, encompassing people on probation and on parole.

Even accused individuals will be tagged, a measure justified on the grounds that it would stop them from fleeing justice. Many prisoners will welcome this development, since only chipped inmates will be eligible for parole, weekend release, or community sentences. From the prison system will emerge an evocative vocabulary distinguishing chippers from non-chippers.

Although the chips will be justified as a way to reduce fraud and other crimes, criminals will almost immediately develop techniques to simulate other people’s chip codes and manipulate their data.

The comparatively small size of the incarcerated population, however, means that prisons would be simply a brief stopover on a longer voyage. Commercial success is contingent on making serious inroads into tagging the larger population of law-abiding citizens. Other stigmatized groups will therefore be targeted. This will undoubtedly entail monitoring welfare recipients, a move justified to reduce fraud, enhance efficiency, and ensure that the poor do not receive “undeserved” benefits.

Once e-commerce is sufficiently advanced, welfare recipients will receive their benefits as electronic vouchers stored on their microchips, a policy that will be tinged with a sense of righteousness, as it will help ensure that clients can only purchase government-approved goods from select merchants, reducing the always disconcerting prospect that poor people might use their limited funds to purchase alcohol or tobacco.

Civil libertarians will try to foster a debate on these developments. Their attempts to prohibit chipping will be handicapped by the inherent difficulty in animating public sympathy for criminals and welfare recipients — groups that many citizens are only too happy to see subjected to tighter regulation. Indeed, the lesser public concern for such groups is an inherent part of the unarticulated rationale for why coerced chipping will be disproportionately directed at the stigmatized.

The official privacy arm of the government will now take up the issue. Mandated to determine the legality of such initiatives, privacy commissioners and Senate Committees will produce a forest of reports presented at an archipelago of international conferences. Hampered by lengthy research and publication timelines, their findings will be delivered long after the widespread adoption of chipping is effectively a fait accompli. The research conclusions on the effectiveness of such technologies will be mixed and open to interpretation.

Officials will vociferously reassure the chipping industry that they do not oppose chipping itself, which has fast become a growing commercial sector. Instead, they are simply seeking to ensure that the technology is used fairly and that data on the chips is not misused. New policies will be drafted.

Employers will start to expect implants as a condition of getting a job. The U.S. military will lead the way, requiring chips for all soldiers as a means to enhance battlefield command and control — and to identify human remains. From cooks to commandos, every one of the more than one million U.S. military personnel will see microchips replace their dog tags.

Following quickly behind will be the massive security sector. Security guards, police officers, and correctional workers will all be expected to have a chip. Individuals with sensitive jobs will find themselves in the same position.

The first signs of this stage are already apparent. In 2004, the Mexican attorney general’s office started implanting employees to restrict access to secure areas. The category of “sensitive occupation” will be expansive to the point that anyone with a job that requires keys, a password, security clearance, or identification badge will have those replaced by a chip.

Judges hearing cases on the constitutionality of these measures will conclude that chipping policies are within legal limits. The thin veneer of “voluntariness” coating many of these programs will allow the judiciary to maintain that individuals are not being coerced into using the technology.

In situations where the chips are clearly forced on people, the judgments will deem them to be undeniable infringements of the right to privacy. However, they will then invoke the nebulous and historically shifting standard of “reasonableness” to pronounce coerced chipping a reasonable infringement on privacy rights in a context of demands for governmental efficiency and the pressing need to enhance security in light of the still ongoing wars on terror, drugs, and crime.

At this juncture, an unfortunately common tragedy of modern life will occur: A small child, likely a photogenic toddler, will be murdered or horrifically abused. It will happen in one of the media capitals of the Western world, thereby ensuring non-stop breathless coverage. Chip manufactures will recognize this as the opportunity they have been anticipating for years. With their technology now largely bug-free, familiar to most citizens and comparatively inexpensive, manufacturers will partner with the police to launch a high-profile campaign encouraging parents to implant their children “to ensure your own peace of mind.”

Special deals will be offered. Implants will be free, providing the family registers for monitoring services. Loving but unnerved parents will be reassured by the ability to integrate tagging with other functions on their PDA so they can see their child any time from any place.

Paralleling these developments will be initiatives that employ the logic of convenience to entice the increasingly small group of holdouts to embrace the now common practice of being tagged. At first, such convenience tagging will be reserved for the highest echelon of Western society, allowing the elite to move unencumbered through the physical and informational corridors of power. Such practices will spread more widely as the benefits of being chipped become more prosaic. Chipped individuals will, for example, move more rapidly through customs.

Indeed, it will ultimately become a condition of using mass-transit systems that officials be allowed to monitor your chip. Companies will offer discounts to individuals who pay by using funds stored on their embedded chip, on the small-print condition that the merchant can access large swaths of their personal data. These “discounts” are effectively punitive pricing schemes, charging unchipped individuals more as a way to encourage them to submit to monitoring. Corporations will seek out the personal data in hopes of producing ever more fine-grained customer profiles for marketing purposes, and to sell to other institutions.

By this point all major organizations will be looking for opportunities to capitalize on the possibilities inherent in an almost universally chipped population. The uses of chips proliferate, as do the types of discounts.

Each new generation of household technology becomes configured to operate by interacting with a person’s chip.
Finding a computer or appliance that will run though old-fashioned “hands-on”‘ interactions becomes progressively more difficult and costly.

Patients in hospitals and community care will be routinely chipped, allowing medical staff — or, more accurately, remote computers — to monitor their biological systems in real time.

Eager to reduce the health costs associated with a largely docile citizenry, authorities will provide tax incentives to individuals who exercise regularly. Personal chips will be remotely monitored to ensure that their heart rate is consistent with an exercise regime.

By now, the actual process of “chipping” for many individuals will simply involve activating certain functions of their existing chip. Any prospect of removing the chip will become increasingly untenable, as having a chip will be a precondition for engaging in the main dynamics of modern life, such as shopping, voting, and driving.

The remaining holdouts will grow increasingly weary of Luddite jokes and subtle accusations that they have something to hide. Exasperated at repeatedly watching neighbours bypass them in “chipped” lines while they remain subject to the delays, inconveniences, and costs reserved for the unchipped, they too will choose the path of least resistance and get an implant.

In one generation, then, the cultural distaste many might see as an innate reaction to the prospect of having our bodies marked like those of an inmate in a concentration camp will likely fade.

In the coming years some of the most powerful institutional actors in society will start to align themselves to entice, coerce, and occasionally compel the next generation to get an implant.

Now, therefore, is the time to contemplate the unprecedented dangers of this scenario. The most serious of these concern how even comparatively stable modern societies will, in times of fear, embrace treacherous promises. How would the prejudices of a Joe McCarthy, J. Edgar Hoover, or of southern Klansmen — all of whom were deeply integrated into the American political establishment — have manifest themselves in such a world? What might Hitler, Mao or Milosevic have accomplished if their citizens were chipped, coded, and remotely monitored?

Choirs of testimonials will soon start to sing the virtues of implants. Calm reassurances will be forthcoming about democratic traditions, the rule of law, and privacy rights. History, unfortunately, shows that things can go disastrously wrong, and that this happens with disconcerting regularity. Little in the way of international agreements, legality, or democratic sensibilities has proved capable of thwarting single-minded ruthlessness.

“It can’t happen here” has become the whispered swan song of the disappeared. Best to contemplate these dystopian potentials before we proffer the tender forearms of our sons and daughters. While we cannot anticipate all of the positive advantages that might be derived from this technology, the negative prospects are almost too terrifying to contemplate.
